I really loved this place. You're getting an upscale boutique hotel experience for the price of a mid-range hotel. As an IHG Spire member I was upgraded to a suite which was spectacular. It was enormous and featured super-tall ceilings, hardwood floors, a separated living room, and gigantic bathroom with a double vanity. Everything was modern and felt new. The...

As you drive up to the Indigo in Athens, you feel as though you have been transported to somewhere in Scandinavia, perhaps in some remote mountain town in Norway. Such is the impression that the rather austere yet interesting architecture gives you. I had my doubts as I drove on to the property but once entering it, any hesitation was...

Dear EvenlyOpinionated, Wow. Thank you for reviewing us and double thanks for writing one of the most descriptive and informative reviews I've seen. We are so glad you marveled at our unique design and features. It was this very idea that started the whole brand. We really dislike those cookie cutter chains too. Hotels should update with the times and...

The hotel was wonderful! modern and clean but yet super comfortable. The Staff were all friendly and helpful and you are close to many good restaurants and hot spots. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it to others traveling to Athens!

Dear Love-to-travelright, Thank you for your review. We always love hearing the positive experiences our guests enjoy during their time with us. We love our location too! Close to everything, but far enough to get away from the hustling downtown scene. We hope you will continue to choose us as your home away from home whenever you're in the Classic...

Great hotel. Service was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were impressed with how fresh the ingredients are and that everything seems to be locally sourced. The staff are friendly and efficient. The lobby area is fantastic. Nooks and crannies all over the place for private meetings. the Indigo will definitely be our first choice for...

Dar salimjetha, Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on being a part of the neighborhood, not just in it. We use local food, local building materials, and promote local artists and musicians in our hotel's designs and events. We're so glad you noticed. We look forward to having you stay with us again. We came to Athens and as usual for us, we checked out the Trip Advisor Rankings. Another hotel had jumped ahead of Inidigo and was just next door. We (I) decided to give it a shot. We went to the 'other hotel' and it was awful. After lots of issues with our room, my wife and kids told me to...

Spent 1 night at Hotel Indigo when in Athens on business. When we arrived I was impressed with the vibe of the hotel, from the lobby design, restaurant/bar, etc.. Check-in was quick & pleasant. I really liked the room; it was functional, spacious with a trendy feel to it. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was tasty. Overall I was...

This was my favorite of the three hotels from this trip. The room is very well laid out and stylish. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is very sleek and modern, with delightful Aveda products. I would definitely return.

We love Indigo Hotels and the Athens property was no exception. The front desk staff was friendly & accommodating when we checked in. Gave us restaurants in the area that our kids would like. The room was clean and large. I love the furniture & decorations. Beds and pillows were very comfortable too. We will definitely be back next time...

Fantastic hotel. Only place I will ever stay if I am in Athens, GA again. Decor is clean lines mostly, which I am a fan of. Simple. Cool. Trendy. Wooden floors in the king suite that I stayed in. No smoking policy hotel wide, but there are areas designated in parking area. Private, secure parking for hotel guests.
