We were in town for a wedding. The Hilton in Athens was the designated hotel. As we booked late, there were no rooms for us. Thanks to reviews on Tripadvisor and the suggestions of friends, we went with the Indigo. It was the first time at an Indigo property for me, but it won't be the last time. Everything about...

Lovely wooden floors, great beds, excellent service, small breakfast, room has a lovely unique boutique feel and near downtown Athens. All good and the hotel feels different to a standard hotel of the same price range. Recommended.

Dear JerrryCornelius, Thank you for your review and clever epithet. I'm gonna take the "hip" part of your title and say that it does uniquely suit our property. We are definitely unlike any hotel you've seen before and that's because Athens is such a cool little town that we are proud to be a feature in the neighborhood. Thank you...

The positives-This hotel is in a great location! The hotel is always very clean and welcoming. The customer service is always superb. The negatives- 1) It is too modern for me.I can not help it. I like traditional. 2) they charge for parking.... 3) At night when trying to sleep you can hear every noise in the hallway/hotel.I am a...

Dear Laneyster24, Thank you for your review. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. Our design and look purposefully tries to force the hotel experience out of the cookie-cutter mold of our competitors. Drab coloring, dirty carpets, the same stuff day in and day out gets tedious and tiring. I am sorry our design does not speak...

I was there for the North Georgia United Methodist Annual Conference. I am delighted to say that this hotel never fails to impress! From start to finish a magical experience! The welcome, the rooms, the staff, the facilities...All are absolutely fantastic!! Rooms are very luxurious and the bedding extremely comfortable. Bathrooms beautifully decorated and stocked with Aveda products. This is...

We just stayed at the Indigo in Athens. This was our first visit. We had our 10 year old daughter with us, so we took a suite with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. First, the positives: I found the rates reasonable. The hotel is located in a very convenient place, near UGA and downtown. The room was great:...

Dear AMConcepcion, Thank you for your review. I'm delighted you found our rooms comfortable as well as fitting your specifications. Unfortunately, our Brand does not allow microwaves in the room but we are petitioning to change that. I am very sorry about the issues you experienced during your stay. I am forwarding your review to our Rooms Director as well...

We stayed here several years ago, when this was a pretty new hotel with a very cool vibe and a "we try harder" approach to service. It is still cool, rooms were nice, bed comfortable, halls quiet (although we ended up staying on the penthouse floor, which could be quieter than other halls, I don't know), original art in the...

Dear momelise, Thank you for your review and for your repeat business. We do still offer a Manager's Reception Sun-Wed in the afternoons for complimentary house wine and beer. We appreciate your suggestions and are actively purchasing an entire bar setup for the penthouse coffee on the weekends that will offer more amenities. We did set out decaf coffee for...

Our organization has used the Rialto Club for the last 2 years for a catered dinner for about 40. The gathering area was spacious enough for the passed hor d' oeuvres, and the dining area easily accomodated us. We used a lectern without a mike and could easily hear. This space is in the basement of Hotel Indigo, which at...

Dear dwhet_11, So glad to read a review of our unique event space, the coolest space in Athens.
