This is a beautifully maintained boutique hotel that has the absolutely BEST staff I have ever, in ALL of my travels, encountered. You are always, and I mean, ALWAYS, greeted with a smile, offered something to drink, given a cold towel and made to feel as though you are welcomed home. The hotel is meticulously clean and breakfast is absolutely...

My friend and I spent 2 nights in this beautifully designed and appointed small hotel while visiting the Mayan ruins nearby (actually walkable from hotel). Our room had a breathtaking, birdseye view of the surrounding area. Food, service and amenities (including hammock on the very ample upper level patio) all top-notch.

I just returned from a 6 night visit at Terramaya. It is the perfect small, intimate hotel and you get treated like royalty. The staff members greet you with big smiles as you return and immediately offer cold towels, drinks in the reception. My husband caught a 24 hr bug in the middle of our trip and the staff helped...

We had good things about Terramaya and were not at all disappointed with our experience of staying there two nights. Co-owner Angela is a sweetheart who seemed to have endless time to spent chatting with us each morning during breakfast. Tastefully appointed, gracious and generous hospitality by all staff members. Only downside is the proximity to traffic noise even in...

Beautiful clean rooms, very friendly and helpfull team. Breakfast was good, and was different every day. Ideal place to stay, close to the centre, but away from the noise. A place we would immediately advice to friends.

This is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel with a stunning garden and a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in room 6, which has a gorgeous view of the mountains and town, and a lovely large balcony with a hammock and chairs. The breakfast (eggs, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and homemade bread, pancakes, homemade marmalades) was oustanding and so plentiful...

Terramaya was just perfect - great location, immaculately clean, amazing (huge) breakfasts that kept us going until dinner, charming terrace and garden with beautiful valley views , and super friendly staff. Unfortunately for us, Terramaya was only available for 2 of our 3 night visit in Copan, but Angela and Howard (the owners) went over and above in sourcing us...

I really loved this hotel. The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The ambiance made if feel like home. They provided me an airport pickup from San Pedro Sula. They have an amazing massage service in their garden that is world-class! The breakfast is unbelievable. They provided me with a great horseback ride at last minute's notice. They are...

A small boutique hotel set in a (very) cobbled street just off Copan's main square (and restaurants). Quiet, supremely clean and well equipped, a welcome service to die for, just the ticket (and more) for the tired traveller. My only regret is that we were staying just for one night!

Very nice hotel, close to main square , quiet and clean. Very nice breakfast, includes eggs, toast, homemade yogurt, fresh juice etc. Nice owners, able to spend some time talking with them about the area and things to see. English speaking staff.
