Excellent staff and service, checking frequently to see if we needed anything. Beautiful location, Cabana was clean and great condition. Food was wonderful, many great dishes. Fishing guide (Perry) - excellent. Definitely worth a return trip. Under new management who truly know the meaning of Service Excellence!

Everything about our stay was incredible! The grounds are beautifully manicured and park-like. The food was outstanding (special thanks to Joy for the Topada served in a coconut, and too many of Tita's special sauces and dishes to mention). The service was on a completely different level than anything we have experienced before. Examples: offering guided walking tours of the...

Much ado about nothing, a highly anticipated adventure that was with one exception profoundly disappointing from beginning to end. The staff are a credit to themselves for making the best of a bad job! On a brighter note fishing is excellent.

You have to be willing to travel out to the end of the island, but once you do it is quite impressive. The grounds are quite beautiful, the lodges are basic and functional and the setting exquisite. Then to top it all off, the staff are some of the nicest people on the island and the food is worth the...

Yes we are a little bit off the beaten path, but that is precisely the allure of Mango Creek Lodge, secluded, private and beautiful which allow us pamper our guests all the way and about the food we do encourage gluttony in all its forms after all you are on Holydays ! Thank you for your kind words

In full disclosure I did not stay in Mango Creek, I fly fished with them three days. However, after seeing the the grounds, and accommodations and talking with DD and Doc over breakfast three mornings, I would definitely stay there. The only negative with MCL is that it is very remote. It takes a 15 minute boat ride to get...

We stayed here for several nights and then came back for more after visiting Guanaja. We are cruising on our boat so did not stay in the uber-cute cottages but instead used their very strong mooring balls to tie up and enjoy the resort. The mooring balls were why we stopped the first time since the majority of the Port...

My husband and I visited Mango Creek Lodge on a vacation with some friends in November of 2015. I really had no idea what to expect and the lodge and cabanas did not disappoint. Hand carved wood was only just the beginning of what this quaint gem of hospitality had to offer. We were treated to wonderful meals, excellent fishing,...

The cabanas are private, quiet and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the constant sound of water lapping up under the cabana. The owners will do almost anything to accommodate your desires and even try to anticipate your requests. Once they learned I prefer tea, it was ready for me every morning when I arrived for breakfast. By the middle of...

Mango Creek is a very small resort with five cabanas situated directly on the water in a peaceful and quiet bay near Port Royal and can only be reached by boat. Doc und DD manage the resort very effectively to the benefit of their guests, and having once received a welcome embrace on your arrival you will love DD whose...
