We chose this hotel because it was not bombarded by outside Crusie passengers which some of the other resorts were. The resort has individual Cabanas, which was great Beachfront would be the rooms of choice, request close to pool area. The staff were very attentive to Clients even anticipating what would make their stay better! We were very thankful to...

Let's start by saying that it was our second time at the Media Luna and our third in Roatan, which makes us more critical. With that in mind, the positive: the resort is still incredibily beautiful, the snorkeling is fabulous but you need to go further and the sea can be a bit rough, you need to be a good...

Really laid back. if you're a high maintenance vacationer, don't go. you wont fit in. the people that go here are very relaxed. the staff are quite charismatic. our kids 15 - 16 were thoroughly entertained - snorkeling, Ping-Pong, water volley-ball, hanging out in Wi-Fi lounge. Mixed drinks need some work but they were accessible. scuba hut was great. Remember...

I just returned on the 9th of March from a week long stay at Media Luna in Roatan. The outbound Air Transat flight from Toronto was 6 hrs late getting us into the resort the late eve instead of late morning which was very disappointing. Called Air Transat about this but received NO understanding whatsoever, if fact all I received...

I visited the Media Luna Resort in Roatan between march 2 - March 9. I have to say the one thing that really stands out to me at this resort was the entertainment staff. I have traveled to many other all-inclusive resorts, and the staff at Media Luna were really engaging, friendly and fun. They took the time out to...

I was looking for an all-inclusive beach solo getaway to escape from stresses of work and snow, however I am normally a budget traveler seeking off the beaten path, secluded areas. I just couldn't bring myself to book at a Cancun or Punta Cana hotel on resort row. Media Luna was just what I was looking for and so much...

Stayed here at the end of January and fully enjoyed it. Rooms were nice, food decent and the snorkelling, fantastic. If you are looking for hustle and bustle with lots to do, don't come here unless you have an overflowing wallet to pay for taxis and day trips. The resort is remote and very quiet. It was great for us...

We just finished our yearly trip south and as usual we stayed at Media Luna resort ,this is only our second time to the resort but as soon as we arrived it felt like home. We were greeted with" welcome back" which we thought maybe there was a note by our names saying we were repeat visitors but no Beckey...

Roatan is the tourist capital of Honduras and next to seafood exports, its only other industry. The island is known for its incredible diving/snorkeling opportunities being surrounded by fabulous reefs. Media Luna (half moon) is a small all inclusive resort on Half Moon Bay, part of the Henry Morgan group. We were so happy that we had not booked at...

We can't say enough about how nice the resort was, from all staff, the grounds and the rooms. What a great idea to have cabanas as accommodations, very private and well looked after. The meals were good, not 5 star, but different variations every night and the service was awesome. Our problem was there was no village or town close...
