We loved staying at this super clean and very pretty hotel. It was very nicely decorated and had peaceful places to hang out when you need a break from the city. The best thing was the super helpful staff. They helped us organize tours and transportation etc. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. The food was also good.

A beautiful and quiet hotel situated in a great spot in Quetzaltenango. Easy access to both sides of the city. Excellent, personalized attention. The accommodations were very comfortable, the size of the rooms, the beds, the bathroom -- All excellent. The food was also great! We will definitely be back!

It has a romantic atmosphere, it is a relaxed place away from noise, quiet, soft music, first class service, fine decorative details, parking, very comfortable rooms, very private. Near interesting places in the city.
