This is one of my favorite places to stay in Guatemala. All staff is friendly. The hotel pool could have less chlorine, but all the rest is well kept. Air condition in the rooms, incredible view to the bay, yummie breakfast, and good showers. Or...More

We were travelling with a group of 45 people and our reservations were also made in advance. I believe there are only 2 or 3 bungalows and the folks who were assigned them had accumulated more travel points. I spoke with one of them who said they would have preferred a non/bungalow as it would have been blocked from continuous daytime sunshine. I would call the Hotel directly and ask to talk to the Manager as he speaks excellent English. PS - The breakfast and dinner buffets are 5 star.
