There are better options in the area...... we were disappointed after reading such good reviews. You can not swim here, our tree house felt unsafe and wasn't quirky it needed some serious TLC. I didn't want to sleep in the bedding. The food was very expensive compared to other places in Rio Dulce. It took us 20 mins to get...

Hi David thank you very much for your comment but we had available en suite rooms. But when we show you the room you have the option of taking it or not.

Finca Tatin is the perfect place to stay if you're after a few nights in the jungle. You can only get there via lancha so it feels secluded and you really are in the jungle. The private room was basic but fine, and the common areas were great with loads of hammocks, a rope swing and good kayaks to rent!...

Rustic, basic, but very nice stay. Great spot on the river, kids enjoyed jumping off the ramp and rope. You can rent kayaks and go out by yourself, or you book an excursion with guide, just do what you want. That's the spirit of the place. Quiet location and after pm it's silence, something we do appreciate. The diners are...

Stunning hotel between Livingston and Rio Dulce. Safe, secluded, relaxing. A great base to explore the surrounding area by kayak or boat, or just spend a while in a hammock and swimming in the river. Highly recommended!

When you arrive at Finca Tatin (by boat), it almost feels like a dream - the jungle setting is so beautiful and there are so many nice places to lie in a hammock, swim, etc. The rooms are extremely basic, but you only need them to sleep: you'll happily spend all your time in the comfortable common areas. The food...

Special place which is worth visiting. Beautiful location on the river. Friendly staff and good food. Lots of activities available, but we just spent time in the hammocks and swimming in the river Stay in the riverfront bungalows. They are worth the little extra price.

Who would have thought such an oasis of comfort exists in such a remote location. This 20 year old Eco Lodge built by an Argentinian Carlos Luis E is obviously his dream home and hobby. He hires local people to help him build, modify and maintain the lodge. This Jungle Paradise allows for an incredible restful sleep through the night....

By recommendation from friends we had a relaxing and wonderful stay at the finch Tatin with excellent service from Wilmer and staff. The cabin on the river shore with our own private jetty gave us tranquil moments.

This is a great place to literally get away from it all. Common area with tons of hammocks is awesome. Good food for reasonable prices and shared meals in the evening with all other guests. Lots of spiders and even scorpions around. No electricity after 10 pm. Kayaks for rent - easy paddle to the hot springs and maybe even...

We stayed in a bungalow with a private bathroom which was roomy, clean and comfortable. Hot water was very nice and the pool was lovely to have as it was hot when we arrived. The tour was brilliant despite starting at 4am. The guides are very experienced, Great food too and as a coeliac I had a lot of options...
