The hotel is located off one of the main shopping streets. It is tucked back in so the rooms are quiet. The rooms are very minimalist, but the beds were decent and clean giving us a good nights sleep. Breakfast came with the room. There are many finer hotels in town, but for the price it was a great place... More

We were there at the end of the rainy season, so it could get warm during the day but cooled off at night. To get our room cool, though, we had to open the window and without a screen or any other security we could only do that when we were in the room. A ceiling fan would have helped.... More

This hotel is one of the best in Pana. I stayed for only a night and slept very well. The beds are clean and relatively comfortable (for hotel standards). The rooms are spacious and well appointed with a flat panel TV and ample storage space. The bathroom in the room is a wonderful getaway from the usual Guatemalan bathroom; large,... More

The best that can be said of this hotel is that they have a great location on the main Panajachel street with no noise audible inside, and that they have a nice looking clean pool (although not heated, so not inviting for a swim). The rooms are tolerable, with beds that are not totally uncomfortable. One lamp did not function... More

The hotel is located where the locals set their business stands.. There's a lot to see, a variety of restaurants to choose from and is about 5 minutes away from lago Atlitan. The rooms for the most part where nice, the cleanliness was just ok, we did find ants all over our restroom sink and mildew on the shower walls.... More

Location fantastic, adjacent to wonderful shopping and beautiful pool. The room was large, the beds were uncomfortable for our family. Also lack of outlets in room. We charged phone in bathroom with the one outlet available. Loud noises around 5am for construction nearby (it sounded)- also sounded like animals running over roof overnight which was more entertaining than upsetting. Breakfast... More

When you walk up the driveway, you have not ideas what to expect. The grounds are beautiful, including a pool (although the water was a little cool). The location is ideal on Santander Street, so you are close to all the shopping and restaurants. But the great thing is that you are tucked back in away from the noise. It... More

Just steps from the busy street, close to everything. Good size rooms, nice pool area and great breakfast. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions for boat companies and which areas are worth stopping at by boat.

We brought 37 high schoolers here and the staff was wonderful. Rooms are large, with nice bathrooms. The pool area was great. The restaurant worked with us to give us affordable quality meals with an Italian bent. Breakfasts were included and could be copain or continental. Staff arranged an upstairs room for only Q100 for our evening big group time.... More
