The outside area of the hotel is very nice. The pool is lovely and the breakfast was good. But the rooms are very old and there was lots of mold in the toilet as you can see in the picture i've added. Also it took forever for the hot water to come in the shower. The safe did not work.... More

Loved this hotel!!! The rooms are neat and tidy. Great location on towns main street. Food and cafeteria is amazing. The pool was small but nice to relax. Comfy beds and great international TV programming.

The grounds are lovely and the location is good, but our room was a big-time disappointment. It looked like a 1950's motel room in need of a major renovation. Some of the lights didn't work, the bathroom was ugly and the windows didn't have screens so they couldn't be opened.

A nice and clean hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are away from the busy street, so that you can really enjoy the evening and the night in a quiet room. In a walking distance you can find many restaurants and the lake is just about 400 meters from the hotel.

Walk down the lane and as the noise abates, you are enveloped by lovely plantings and carefully maintained walkways. Then you find the door to your room and are charmed. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated with Guatemala textiles and art. There are comfortable chairs and sitting areas both inside the room and out. The bath rooms have large showers... More

This was my first time visiting Pana, and I fell in love with this place. I loved how the rooms were set back from the street, which made it much quieter than I was expecting when we pulled up. Our group would sit around the pool in the evenings and felt very safe. It was just steps to walk out... More

The hotel from the outside looks beautiful, but the room we stayed in was AWFUL! The shower faucet would not stop running and it filled up the shower and then the water started coming into the main area of our room. We told the front desk and we were told the maintenance man would come look at it... tomorrow. ugh.... More

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The staff were very nice. The rooms were disappointing. They need attention. We had to have them change our sheets they were worn and stained. The pool area is very enjoyable and well kept. Hope they decide to do a little upkeep to elevate this hotel.

Hotel is very convenient, half way down the main street in Pana and the rooms are set well back around a beautifully landscaped pool, so the environment is quiet and peaceful. Front desk was not terribly friendly or welcoming. The room was OK, but I found the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. My back was really hurting after 4 nights.... More
