This was my first B & B experience and it was fantastic! Susan & Kim are the hosts and owners of this pre-Civil War home turned B & B. Each of the 8 rooms have a different theme. We stayed in the Magnolia Room, a bright room with bay windows, comfortable beds, large bathroom, and very clean. Just down the...

This bed and breakfast was super! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming; the innkeeper was extremely informative about the local sites and restaurants and what a cook! We awoke each morning to freshly brewed coffee, an array of fresh fruit juice, homemade from scratch muffins and scones, fresh fruit, quiche and/or strata's, and scrumptious, award-winning pancakes -- all with personal...

Just approaching the Inn, coming up the street and viewing it, was awesome. What a beautiful location. Then to be greeted at our cars with a warm welcome and lending a hand in carrying our luggage. What service!! The rooms were large and cozy. Interesting tour of the Inn, inviting us to feel at home in the dining room with...

A+++++, This experience will be hard to match! This Bed & Breakfast has to be one of the best in the country! This "Pre-Civil War" home has been cared for by people with big hearts. They take care of the guests like they have this big, beautiful house. The rooms are great, the breakfasts were outstanding, and the garden is...

We found Americus Garden Inn to be an exceptional Bed and Breakfast. Our room was beautifully and comfortably furnished and included a nice seating area and a very large bathroom with all amenities and even a verandah with rocking chairs. The Inn was centrally located to visit nearby attractions...Plains, Georgia, (home of former President Jimmy Carter), Andersonville Civil War Prison...

Meeting Kim & Susan was like connecting with old friends...without having to help with the dishes! And what dishes they were!!! We were there for 2 breakfasts or rather, feasts!!! We were given perfection for both the eye & the stomach!!! Staying in this historic home was a pleasure! We would love to return when the garaden renovation is complete....

Kim and Susan have put together one of the finest B&B locations we have stayed at. First off, they are the most gracious and entertaining hosts. We met them at the door and within minutes if felt like we knew them our whole lives. Their B&B is like taking a trip back to the Old South, pre-Civil War. The place...
