We loved everything about Parrots Nest Lodge. It is probably the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. We had the tree house, just two beds and a cabinet but all you need. Waking up to the sounds of the rainforest is something I'll never forget and it just totally blew my mind. Special thanks to Marcus and Alba and all...

We loved staying here. The rooms were very affordable and the food was AMAZING. We had been here in 2000. Not much had changed, but the bathrooms had been upgraded. This place is open air screened rooms in the jungle. Beautiful place with a neat experience.

If you like glamorous camping this is a place you don't want to miss! Great experience! Food was excellent, hosts were a delight, and their fur babies are an excellent addition if you're a pet lover. Small cabins along the river in the jungle, what more could you want?! Maybe hammocks...good thing they have those as well!

For an authentic jungle experience try the Parrots Nest Lodge. Located just outside San Ignacio the Parrots Nest Lodge is nestled at the end of the road in the jungle of the small town Bullet Tree. Fall asleep and wake up to the magical sounds of the jungle paradise. With the Belizian Agoote seen roaming in the morning and the...

This looked so cool on the internet! And the reviews were GREAT! On the positive side we met a lot of nice people there. The female owner was helpful in planning our trip. The good stopped as soon as we arrived. The location is terrible, it is dirty and was the most disappointing stay on our entire trip. In the...

Traveling through San Ignacio we spent two nights at the Parrots Nest. I would recommend anyone traveling to Belize to have such an experience. We loved the Parrots Nest. The owner's make breakfast and Dinner for a small fee, the food was great. They have a well stocked frig. of drinks and accounted for on a honor system. My only...

The moment we arrived at Parrot Nest Lodge we were welcomed graciously by Theo and Marcus. We were fortunate enough to stay in three separate lodgings throughout our stay, 1 treehouse and 2 different cabins. Each had its own charm and we were happy to experience a broad taste of the lodge. The food was phenomenal, we had breakfast and...

I loved Parrot Nest! What a great way to start off a vacation. We stayed in Treehouse 1, which was both adorable and rustic. We loved just sleeping and hanging out in such a beautiful area. The tree houses are small and quaint, but not too small. The location is on a river (that you can tube on) and just...

The food was great, the community table was really fun to be a part of, and the room was basic, but very clean and well kept. If you don't mind roughing it a bit, and being outside, I really can't recommend the place enough. Theo and Marcus were very helpful setting up tours and pointing us to the right attractions,...
