Lovely place, very quiet and peaceful. The hammocks are awesome to chill in, and there is a ton of room to camp. Decent wifi, overall a really great place with wonderful owners! I would definitely come back!

We stayed here for three nights. Very close to the city center, but still quiet. We stayed in a private cabin. Everything was very clean. The owner is very kind, and so is his staff. Great hammock area in the shade and lots of green grass around if you just want to relax in the sun. The only thing that...

Oh .... yeah. Best family too! Javier, frank, Nelly, francisco & the younger brothers couldn't have been more welcoming. It was my 3rd night in Belize and I pitched a tent for me & my little dog (who was very welcomed) and it poured rain on and off for 48 hours. We still had a great time. Hanging out in...

My boyfriend and I booked with Mana-Kai because they had an opening and we needed a place to stay the night before our ATM tour (which I will also recommend!!) and we were so happy that we did! The cabin we stayed in was so cute and perfect for what we were looking for. Nothing fancy about the cabin but...

We found Maka-Kai by asking a local for a campground, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We camped for 3 nights, and the price was $15 USD for the both of us per night. They have a great chilling spot with hammocks, good Wi-Fi, and nice showers. Best of all is the location. In the morning we would walk to...

We spontaneously showed up one day and the Mana-Kai staff graciously took us in. Beautiful area for campers, even a spot to take shelter under when the rains comes - complete with hammocks. We stayed in one of their cabins, which was clean and simple. Great place for people who are on a budget!

What a bargain. We tent camped here on our way to and from Guatemala in September. Great place to set up camp. Friendly staff, walk to town, riverfront, wifi all for a very affordable price. Will be back in Belize in January and will be staying here again.

Stayed here nearly a year ago. For 5$USD put up a hammock under a roof, they have wifi, showers, outdoor kitchen, have us a locker to keep our gear in. Javier is a kind, accommodating man. If I go back to San Ignacio this is where I'll stay. Google maps needs to include this place.

Really cheap option for accommodation in San Ignacio. We camped with our tent. The lawn is flat and nicely grassy all over. There are picnic benches and a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The showers were warm! And it's right in the middle of the town beside the market. The wifi even worked in the tent! Really...
