Loved this place. In jungles but very luxurious in the tree houses, albeit a long way to walk up. Our tree house had outdoor shower, rooftop Jacuzzi and a huge bathroom. Not sure how they built that in the jungle... Food was great, family style...More

My family and another family of travel buddies have been on several wonderful excursions, but nothing can compare to this exceptional experience in Belize. We had 9 people in total - 4 adults in their 50's and 5 young adults from 18 to 24. All...More
Stayed with my wife and 3.5 y/o daughter. The staff at Caves Branch went well above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and they seem to genuinely have fun and enjoy themselves. Abel and Rosa were awesome guides on the cave tubing tour. The...More

Good morning staceywills,
Caves Branch is located approximately 90 minutes away from the international airport. The easiest way to get to the lodge is taking either a 15 minute flight into the city (municipal airport) which is around $55US pp or taking an hour boat ride from Caye Caulker to Belize City- cost is around $20US pp oneway.
WE can have a driver meet you in the city and Belize City to the lodge is $65US pp plus 12.5% tax. Some might consider that the cost of the shuttle is high, however if you get a taxi on your own, the cost is about the same but charged in Belize Dollars which would be around $130bz for one or two persons.
Getting a bus from Belize City is cheaper but takes you up to 3 hours sometimes to get all the way to the lodge and entails 2 different bus rides... If you have luggage, it is not as easy to travel on the bus given the bus change in Belmopan and getting off at our highway entrance and walking in with your bags. Hope this information is helpful!
