Caves Branch was awesome. We loved the cabana and the entire resort. The staff was incredibly helpful and the tours were great! They helped me with food options being a Celiac, and didn't make me feel like I was a pain in the butt. The...More
Our treehouse getaway was a little piece of paradise. If it wasn't for the amazing adventures during the day, I would have stayed up there all the time. But the staff stole the show. Fun, helpful, energetic, efficient, they made a beautiful place come alive....More
Firstly the staff will be some of the friendliest you will ever meet. Each will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Amazing dinner buffets. One night the Howler monkeys serenaded us while sleeping and that was a really neat experience....More
Like others say, this place is amazing. Our 3 boys loved it. The buffet meals have a large variety, which worked well for our picky eater. He could go up to pasta station, and they'd make him plain pasta! We enjoyed eating with other families,...More

Good morning staceywills,
Caves Branch is located approximately 90 minutes away from the international airport. The easiest way to get to the lodge is taking either a 15 minute flight into the city (municipal airport) which is around $55US pp or taking an hour boat ride from Caye Caulker to Belize City- cost is around $20US pp oneway.
WE can have a driver meet you in the city and Belize City to the lodge is $65US pp plus 12.5% tax. Some might consider that the cost of the shuttle is high, however if you get a taxi on your own, the cost is about the same but charged in Belize Dollars which would be around $130bz for one or two persons.
Getting a bus from Belize City is cheaper but takes you up to 3 hours sometimes to get all the way to the lodge and entails 2 different bus rides... If you have luggage, it is not as easy to travel on the bus given the bus change in Belmopan and getting off at our highway entrance and walking in with your bags. Hope this information is helpful!
