This was a beautiful trip spent with my husband for our one year wedding anniversary! We stayed in Mountain View 5 and it was incredible! The service was top notch! The grounds were beautiful! The drinks were delicious. Although we were rained out for most of the adventures, my husband and I couldn't have picked a better place to be... More

I stayed here with my husband for my honeymoon. The resort is absolutely amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly, really treats you like family. They also set up a very romantic dinner special for our honeymoon which just added to the experience. The only reason I'm giving a 4/5 is we chose to save a little money and stay... More

Everything about our stay - rooms, grounds, staff, food - was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place! The mountain scenery is beautiful, especially the view from the lookout, and the tropical gardens were immaculately maintained. The staff was funny, friendly and helpful; always laughing and having a good time, they made us feel the same way.... More

Highly recommend. Spent 5 nights there with my wife of 20 years. Great staff, all very friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to help. Food was excellent. Tours through Upside Down Tours were also excellent. Accommodations are rustic, yet luxurious.

My wife and I just returned from a 9 day trip in Belize. We stayed 4 days at Sleeping Giant Rainforest Lodge splitting time between the jungle and the islands off Belize. Our trip started in the jungle and I was blown away from the first moment we arrived. Eugene (Resort Manager) and staff made us feel at home and... More

We love our stay in sleeping giant lodge. We are a couple with a one year old and grandparents. There are 15 cabanas. We had two that are near the parking lot. We love the room with king size bed, in door and out door shower, and air conditioning. The best part is the people here. They address us by... More

We chose to stay at Sleeping Giant for a second time and for an extra day because we didn't see all that we wanted to in the jungle. Had great weather this time, facilities are well maintained and in great shape, and staff is very friendly (some recognized us from last year.) We also enjoyed sharing our tours with other... More

Now that we've been here I won't stay anywhere else in Belmopan. This was my 3rd time there. The grounds are beautiful! The Casita was to die for. Staff, Julio, Garreth, Jessica and Eugene are all wonderful. They treat us like family. First time taking my daughters and they didn't want to leave. Food is delicious. A little pricey but... More

This hotel was one of the highlights of a 12-day Guatemala and Belize vacation. If you are looking for jungle comfort, you will not go wrong with the Sleeping Giant. The Sleeping Giant takes care of you from the moment you walk in to register. We had rum drinks made for us, while they got the room ready and talked... More
