Loved our stay here. The staff was incredible. So helpful and friendly. And the accommodations were super clean, and had everything you could possible need or want. With such an amazing view It's right close to so many good restaurants, and pubs. They also have a super cute private pool which I loved. I can't wait to stay here again.

We stayed one night before our travel to the other side of the island but will definitely plan a longer stay next time! The property is beautiful with great views, friendly staff, 24 hour security (unexpected bonus) and the suites are very large and include everything needed for virtually any length of stay. The location is also ideal to be able to walk to pretty much anything that you would want or need, including literally MILES of shops, restaurants, beach bars, banks etc. and a large variety grocery store right next door! If your plans include experiencing all that the town of San Pedro has to offer then this is the place to stay......and you won't even need a golf cart!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Belize. Room was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They booked a snorkeling tour, a sunset cruise and use of a golf cart. We didn’t have to do any of that. Hotel close to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful pool and landscape. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Palms was a fantastic surprise since there were 4 of us and we expected it to feel a little crowded. The 2 bedroom executive suite is very spacious and well appointed with big beds and extremely comfy pillows. There was nothing we could think of that wasn't in the suite. A favorite part of our stay was being able to relax overlooking the ocean. We received a warm welcome from the manager Melanie who was able to help us with every facet of our trip. We found both Melanie and Ana to be friendly, knowledgeable and always very willing help. It was a breeze getting both a golf cart and a taxi. We can't wait to be able to stay at the Palms again!

Private and secure!!! Always someone on duty to keep unwanted guests out. Pool is secluded and beautifully landscaped. Accessible to all the fun amenities and great food. Eddie was very helpful. Family loved being able to walk to nearby attractions.

We had a excellent stay at the Palms. The staff went above and beyond with cleaniness, helpful and very pleasent. We highly recommend a stay at the Palms when travelling to Ambergeise Caye, The staff were helpful in helping us select good restaurants, place to go and see.

Our suite was a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and one and a half baths. So it is well-suited for short or long-term stays. It was very comfortable, with solid wood cabinetry and doors, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. The front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the maid service is excellent. It's a short walk to the airstrip or the water taxi pier, though they will pick you and your luggage up from either location. The desk will arrange diving and snorkeling outings, with pick-up from the hotel dock. Another plus compared to the resorts is that you are not trapped into resort prices for meals and being right in town there are lots of restaurants. There are two grocery stores nearby, including one right next door if you prefer to cook for yourself. If I find myself in San Pedro again, I will definitely stay here again. …

The Palms was perfect for my group. We were a group of two couples, who wanted to have a place to relax and decompress together in the evenings, and hang out and coordinate our activities in the mornings. The Palms suites were perfect for that purpose-- the suite we got had two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a spacious common area with a dining table, couch, full kitchen and balcony. There were extra beds, so it could have supported a party of 6 or 7 easily. The Palms itself is a great location. It's right on the edge of the walkable area of town, so it's more connected to the city than the more isolated resorts north and south on the island. We didn't need a rent a golf cart every day-- The Palms is close enough to walk to most activities on the island, so that was a huge plus for us. Hotel service was excellent. They were responsive and helpful in all our requests, flexible and friendly. They will take care of transport to and from the ferry, so don't forget to let them know when you're arriving on the island!…

We just returned after staying six nights in this lively ocean front hotel. We had one bedroom suite with full kitchen, living room, and a walk in shower. The sand in front if our terrace was raked every day, sometimes twice so we could only see our own footprints. Everything was in good taste, the colorful canvas prints, the furnishings, and the AC worked well. The towels were soft and fluffy. The daily cleaning service was excellent. We stayed for a week at the Palms and it was fantastic. The view was amazing and we were close to restaurants, shopping and diving. You can walk on the beach to several restaurants, there’s plenty to choose from. There is a grocery store within walking distance also if you want to cook in your unit. We asked the lovely people at the front desk to book the diving, the golf cart rental, the short flight from Belize city to San Pedro and they handled it all with ease. Everyone was extremely polite, saying good morning every day and the grounds were very clean. I appreciate how kind the staff were, they definitely went out of their way for us. I highly recommend this vacation rental, they will make your stay as relaxing as they can!
