Beer Bottles under bathroom sink, toilet didn't want to flush correct, air conditioner dripped on me all night, hot water wouldn't even turn on in shower, and tiles were falling off shower. Room was not cleaned once by staff in the 8 days I was there, and had to search for maid to get me fresh towels. Only nice thing...

I have stayed here in the past many times. There is now new management. In my dealings with new management they don't have what it will take to make this successful. The tv didn't work and I asked twice to have it replaced and they said they would but never did. The room smelled as if someone had smoked in...

Let's be clear - this is not a good hotel. It's dirty, noisy, smelly and worn down. What I found most poor was noise from the bar and street until late, that I couldn't tell if the sheets and towels where used or just stained and grey from too many washes and that the pillow actually wasn't a pillow but...

Hotel is a room but not much more. The building has a fresh coat of paint but it is very run down. First they did not have our reservation and told me they did not have a room but then the guy checking in said he hated the place and left so we took his room. The room was bare...

This is not a suite. It was much better than it needed to be considering the only time I was in the room was to sleep at night. There was hot water for a shower. Towels to dry off with and the air conditioning worked. A tv to fall asleep to, everything I needed in a room. The owner/manager was...

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and provided us with lots of local information on where to eat. We were told Pedro's Inn was the cheapest hotel; yet we found this hotel to be much cheaper. We paid $75 BZE on weekday and $87BZE on weekend. There was a pizza/pasta restaurant on main floor...

Coral Beach was a last minute relief for 3 girls who just got off the boat from Mexico and had no accommodation booked. We walked around San Pedro but Coral Beach was the only place with a free room. The lady at the front desk was lovely and efficient and another employee was kind enough to help us with our...

Stayed only one night at this hotel, it was at a great location just across from the Water Taxi. Check in process was smooth and staff was friendly, however, approaching the room it was a bit dull. Entering the room we had been introduced by a disturbing smell. The bed was neatly spread and the AC was great we were...

“If you really must stay in any of the rooms – bring your own sheets and towels. The once that the hotel provide are disgusting.”

“Take an early water taxi to san pedro during high season. There is low vacancy at most hotels. Most places had only 1 room left by late afternoon; and no rooms available going into the weekend.”
