Kinda boring. Not what we expected. I probably won't be back again. We paid $6 to get in. Bathrooms were filthy. There is a 2 mile trail that leads to the lake. Not worth the walk. Didn't really like the scenery.

We stayed at campsite 4 with our 38' RV. Plenty of room for our 3 slides. 30 amp electricity and water, no sewer at this site. There was a dump, so no problem. A few sites seemed to have sewer hookups. Very clean restrooms. Total feel of nature, yet close to many restaurants, some even deliver to the campsites. Springs...

We have been camping here for a couple of years usually in mid-January. Sites fill quickly even this time of year so book 10-11 months in advance. Rangers are helpful and keep bathrooms spotless. Sewer hookups at some sites makes week-long stays very easy.

Very nice park and campground. Close to "civilization ", but feels miles away. Quiet and uncrowded. Hiking is great, lots of places for bike rides. Campground is 30 amp, has water at all sites and sewer at many sites. Also a dump station. Each spot has a fire pit. Sites are wide, with trees. No problem with slides. We camped...

We clamped here with a group of friends - I never knew this park existed and have been in Florida all my life! The park offers camping - everything from primitive to large RVs with full hook up. Swimming at natural springs, kayaking, nature trails, picnic areas, wild life info centers -- we were impressed and will definitely be back!

It's a beautiful thing and so close to home (if you live in Central FL). We spent 3 nights at the campground Fall 2014. They advertise bears but we never saw a one! It's a great place to canoe or kayak doing Rock Springs Run or for something shorter between the State Park and Wekiwa Island. Only problem is the...

If you want to try and beat the summer heat and don't mind a lot of people, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place to swim that isn't chlorinated and is outdoors, this might be the place for you. However, if you are searching for a true Florida natural spring experience, try Blue Spring...

Love this park, it fills up very fast, year round! Must get there early before the masses show up and the water quality turns to crud. Nice fissure spring opening, 50 feet long 8-10 feet accross at main opening. I witnessed a real ding-dong down in the spring head clawing at limestone when he clawed away wall support and got...

We were on vacation and spent a day exploring the park, walking along the trails and just relaxing by the spring. We rented a canoe and went down the river...we observed nature at its best....there were turtles, birds and alligators along the river....made our visit even more exciting. The park provides areas for cooking/grilling and has a kiosk that offers...

We recently spent four nights at Wekiwa and we loved it. We have a large fifth wheel (38 feet), but we managed to get in our spot without much trouble. Some of the sites are a little tight, but they are manageable with a big rig. Most of the sites have quite a bit of tree cover, which can make...
