Nice location walkable to downtown good value.
Recently updated, clean very friendly staff.
Could use a bigger TV but had all the needed channels.
Coffee macker, mini frig, micowave, hairdryer, iron and board all in room.
No longer accepting pets.

Management at the Rancho Inn are very nice so you could simply call them and ask. Sorry I didn't have a definitive answer but we have never travelled with pets.
