This has to be the worst excuse for a hotel in all of Denver. The front Desk clerk named Josh very rude and should be fired. I asked why the internet did not worked. He claimed it was due to Colfax Street. A major street...More
We traveled to Aurora from New Mexico for a medical treatment. I can't think of anything to complain about. The girl at the front desk was super efficient and helpful. All smiles. I believe her name was Ebony. The room was large and spotless. The...More
We stayed 2 nights while in the area for medical testing. The room was spacious and clean but the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Wifi kept falling out, too. Although some housekeeping appeared to...More

This property is one of the VERY BEST properties I have EVER STAYED IN.
Checking in went very smoothly and our room was EXCELLENT! Soft fluffy pillows and a very nice sitting area to relax and let your stress take a backseat for the moment....More

It's pretty straight-forward to get to Union Station, but at least one transfer is required. There is a bus stop on Colfax right in front of the hotel that seems to have very frequent service. The bus will take you directly to downtown Denver, though I don't think to Union Station. However, about half a mile west of the hotel is the Colfax station on the new Aurora light rail line (R-line). Colfax is two stops from the terminal at Peoria, which has an easy transfer to the A-line to both Union Station and the airport. If you don't want to walk to the light rail station, you can take the bus there at no additional cost. If the connections work well, it's about half an hour to Union Station, but allow at least 45.
