What a great stay for Aspen Food & Wine Classic! The staff is here is amazing and the rooms are large and well appointed. Alyssa and the check in team were so helpful taking care of our family. Can not say enough great things about Joe and the Concierge team, too. They were so helpful and accommodating. The food is also delicious and we enjoyed lots of time by the pool. Another great perk is the transportation service...the team at the door shuttled us all over town! Can't wait to return!
It has been around 30 years since we had visited Aspen. It certainly has changed...like most of the world. But one thing that has not changed, is that The Little Nell continues to set the diamond standard for hospitality, not just in Aspen, but worldwide. The Little Nell is able to produce a guest experience that couples an incredible intimacy of professional services with a very comfortable community and familiar setting...i.e. not at all pretentious. From the moment we arrived to the moment we said "good-bye"...our journey was one of contentment, surprises, and curiosity. Our room was beautifully appointed and extremely quiet. It was indeed a lovely sanctuary. The restaurant was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. And all of the other amenities at this property were 5+ stars. But what we enjoyed so much was the interaction with the team members. Each had a unique story to tell and did so, when asked, that added to the talented mosaic of why this property continues to excel and exceed all expectations over a sustained period of time. It creates a welcoming culture of comfort, community and graciousness that is not a "flash-in-the-pan" but is deeply ingrained into their overall service philosophy. I am blessed to travel the world for my work and stay at many lovely properties...but The Little Nell sets a standard seldom seen in today's chaotic and "look-at-me" world. They have achieved what so many of their competitors will never achieve. True class and a genuine level of service to the guest that is unparalleled in our new global environment. Thank you to The Little Nell team for your demonstration of what real service looks and feels like.…
Amazing stay. Exceeded all expectations. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Incredible location, food, room service, responsiveness from staff. Hotel just went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. Highly recommend, and we cannot wait to return soon.
The Little Nell is one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. The service and care at The Little Nell are truly unparalleled. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, and the food is incredible. My husband and I recently renewed our vows at The Little Nell, and our experience was just phenomenal. All of the staff at The Little Nell created an extraordinary experience for us and our guests, from the moment we arrived, to our last moments there as we departed. We didn't want to leave, and we can't wait to visit again in the future.
Steve from valet was awesome and helped us when we arrived and departed. We loved Ari at the front desk - he was very welcoming, thoughtful, and hospitable. We mentioned that we really loved that there were fireplaces in the guest rooms - when we came back down to the lobby/living room after he told us to sit next to the fireplace and he had someone come start a fire for us during our drinks! Alejandro was great in the bar - he was attentive and gave us extra bread to finish all of our dip. Jose was very nice and came to fix a few things in our room - I asked him where the ice machine was and he immediately told me not to worry about it and someone showed up to the room with ice within minutes. Huge shoutout to Grace? working Saturday night who helped us ice and wrap my ankle after rolling it on the front drive. Monica was so sweet, gracious, and hospitable delivering our breakfast in the morning - everything was perfect and she brought me some more ice for my ankle on the way out.…
Seriously the worst check in and guest service ever. They have an attitude the whole time and never went out of their way to help. Not to mention the uniforms and personal standards of the front desk helping were awful and not the Little Nell stares I loved coming to pre-Covid!
This hotel is highly modern and luxurious and the staff satisfy your every whim. Aspen has picture perfect scenery and village vibe along with amazing variety of ski options from beginner at nearby snow mass to advanced aspen runs right outside hotel.
I just finished a 3-night stay at The Little Nell, and this was my second time staying at the hotel. In my opinion, the three best things about this hotel are the following: 1. Service 2. Location 3. Rooms - Spacious and well kept Details matter at The Little Nell and you can tell. If you are a skier who skis Aspen mountain you can't beat the location. At every turn the staff is there to assist your needs and they never drop the ball. Staff is professional, polite, reliable, and they anticipate your needs. The only thing that disappointed was I didn't love the room service food. For this level of hotel I expected it to be fantastic, and it was just ok. I actually thought the Viceroy and the St. Regis had slightly better room service food. Although you can't be the service and delivery of The Little Nell, much more reliable than the other two.…
Almost everything about the Little Nell is perfect! We enjoyed the facilities and the rooms were well maintained and adequately luxurious. We particularly appreciated the mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. The following made our stay more enjoyable: -The concierge was helpful in making recommendations. -Every time I called for anything (ranging from a champagne bucket to an undelivered ski jacket), my request was met within 5 minutes. I have never experienced such quick and attentive service before! -turndown service was one of the best I’ve ever received -the hot-tub is 24/7!!! (Why doesn’t everyone do this!) -location is perfect for skiing and the hotel works with Aspenx to provide complimentary ski rentals. This was extremely convenient The only shortfall I experienced during my stay was the lack of assistance unloading my bags. When we arrived (around 9am) the door was not very busy yet 3-4 staff members watched as I obtained a bell-cart and unloaded my own bags. Only after walking my items all the way to the front desk was I ever approached or greeted by a member of the door staff. Not a great first impression but my overall experience made up for this disappointment.…
Everything was over the top perfect! Even Goldilocks would agree that everything was just right and then some, and then some more! Our room was lovely, the mountain view was spectacular, the fine dining was amazing, and the white-glove service was impeccable. The extra touches were found everywhere - and were such fun surprises! We had requested certain seating arrangements when we dined, and our requests were honored on-time and without ado, each and every time. What a beautiful place and so delightful that it seemed we were removed from everyday life. To add more superlatives to what has been attested to could only be heightened by one word, "magical."
