We feel badly that that we were unable to locate your missing bathing suits, but your accusation of theft is unwarranted and has no basis in fact. If you read the review directly below its clear that we go to great lengths to return items to guests and ensure their satisfaction. There is no evidence whatsoever to make statement such as this, and while I can respect that you may be frustrated at forgetting your bathing suits at the hotel, I can assure you that we have honest, hard working staff who would not benefit in any way from taking used swimwear from a guest. Do you pay at site or when you book it?
Thanks for the question. We do take a credit card at the time of booking, but we do not charge it until 72 hours before arrival, at which point the reservation is not refundable. However the reservation may be canceled without penalty anytime prior to this. All of this is clearly outlined on our website and in the confirmation that is sent to each guest by email.

our flight arrives in aspen at 10pm, I see you have airport shuttle but it states limited hours. Will we be able to get a shuttle at this hour?
Hi princessloki, We’re so happy you will be visiting us at the Hotel Aspen. Our shuttle operates until 11pm, daily. Please give us a call after you’ve collected your luggage to request a complementary ride from the airport to our property. We look forward to having you stay with us!
