Let me first start by saying this is just outside of the main part of town, short and nice walk to town or the casino. Million dollar views as you are up on a hill. That's the only good things I can say. Many of the reviews are from divers. Probably a good option if you have a lot of...

We are sorry that you did not enjoy anything about your visit to Seaport Village Inn. Aside from that, we hope Catalina was a fun time as there is so much to do here. I do hope that any concerns were brought to the attention of management as we do not like to see an unhappy customer. Just wanted to...

You can book a ferry for 2, and a room, with rides to and from the dock, and breakfast for about $260.00. The driver is friendly, and Raul is also, with a nice greeting when you arrive. The rooms may have a view, if you are lucky. (you could ask) We didn't because we saw a bit of the bay,...

Love the hotel. I bring my scuba students in a couple times a months, and Raul picks us and all of our gear up and transports us. If you have ever dragged your scuba gear back and forth from the dive park, you will be able to appreciate this. Rooms are clean and breakfast is simple but very tasty. In...

We got here New Year's Eve and they were ready at the docks to pick us up, all the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They offer a good price for the hotel but it's not a luxury room. It's what u need a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to shower. They were very informative, always at the...

The staff was awesome. Our stay was made exponentially better by Malcom, Rio, and Raoul. They were happy to drive is down the street, which helped a lot with my disability. We had an exquisite view of the bay. I will definitely be back for our next anniversary.

This hotel is great for the value and caters to scuba divers. The staff and service are excellent! The hotel provides extra benefits such as shuttle service to the ferry and casino point and continental breakfast. They also provide a rinse area for scuba gear. The hotel is in a safe area where you can leave your scuba gear out...

Thank you for the review. We are lucky to always have a great group of scuba divers around that appreciate the little extras (like the rinse area). We hope to see you again soon for another adventure on this beautiful island.

While the staff was very pleasant, the rooms themselves were not nice at all. The freezer smelled like something had died and the lack of air conditioning was awful this weekend. Finally, the decor was non existent and you can see from the photo there is dried duct tape on the glass door.

We apologize for any unhappiness you encountered while staying with us. We are in our 35th year on Catalina. While we haven't updated in a while, it must be understood that we are a family-owned hotel and things take a little more time to develop. We are happy that our staff was pleasant and do value them greatly, as you...

I agree with the others that the room itself is not the best or cleanest. However, the view from our room was beautiful and it was in a great location. What makes it some place to come back to though is the Raoul and his staff. They could not have been more friendly and helpful from the moment they picked...

we stayed at the here a few weeks ago. What a great place! Raoul and his staff were as pleasant and accomodating as can be. This is the best hotel for scuba divers in Avalon. Friendly staff picks up guests (and all their dive gear) at the ferry, at the dive boat, basically anywhere in Avalon. Saved us a ton in taxi fares. Rooms are worn but comfortable, especially if you upgrade to the larger balcony units with full kitchens! Gear rinse area gets crowded,...
