We stayed at the Power Mansion inn for our Anniversary . I forgot it was super bowl weekend . My husband is a BIG sport fan . When I realize that it was the same Sunday we were going to be there I ask Alfred if the pub is open on Sundays . It turns out its not however he...

My husband and I stayed here overnight with our 7-year-old daughter. The inn felt comfortable, not stuffy or formal like other Victorian B&B's. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We will definitely come here again!

We had the best time at the Inn and at the Power Club. Alfred, Christine, and Alyssa were very friendly and accommodating. The food for both dinner and included breakfast was fantastic! The room was wonderful: warm and inviting. Brewmaster Alfred, along with all of his other talents, can brew some fantastic beers. We had 4 of the 6 different...

My daughter and i wanted to escape our hectic city lives so we booked into a 3 night stay here. Unsure of what to expect, we were happily surprised to find our experience to be fantastic. The Mansion was hosting an afternoon tea, where I could sample and buy a few to bring home. We enjoyed exploring the Mansions many...

We had a very hectic weekend, as our daughter was getting married. However, while we were at the Inn, we were relaxed and felt right at home. Alfred has got to be the most friendly and enjoyable host we have ever experienced. He made us feel like the mansion was our home and went out of his way to accommodate...

This was one of our best B&B stays. The Mansion has many antique features in its original architecture and in the furnishings provided by owner Alfred Lee. We had arrived while all rooms were vacant so Alfred encouraged us to tour all the rooms during our visit. He handed us the key to our room, the Honeymoon suite, and, for...

Words cannot describe the incredible experience we had as a guest (feeling as if it was ours) at Powers Mansion Inn B&B. The history of Auburn was displayed proudly and the rooms beautifully arranged taking us back to another era of refinery. We got to taste the Innkeepers exceptional food and home brew in the very Irish Powers Club. Old...

what struck us beside the beauty and comfort of the inn was the friendly staff lead by Alfred Lee. we felt immediately at home. The free drink and chat with the host and his daughter was great and so was the fantastic home made breakfast. We were sad leaving and like to recommend this place whole heartily. "We will be...

We did not have the great experience described by others, partly due to the fact that we did not do our own research on the place before making a reservation. We bought a Groupon for a two-night stay, based on the photograph and description in the ad. We subsequently found that first impression very misleading. It shows a beautiful old...
