Road Warrior stay in hotels 50 weeks a year. This hotel is nice but filled with loud, drunk guests who attend the various beer fests, wine events...in the area. The front desk clerk quoted one price but charged another. When I told her that she charged $50 more she said well that was for parking and guest fee. (Guest fee?...

We were looking for somewhere to stay before visiting Hearst Castle the next day and we were directed to Tia beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere. It was reasonably priced but from the moment we arrived we new this would be a nice place to stay with very nice appointments, spacious rooms and luxurious furnishing and the attached restaurant...

We love the Carlton Hotel, they have done a very nice job of updating the rooms. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are cozy although not large, well appointed and the hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway. The parking is just across the street and we didn't have an issue finding a parking place. This was our second...

Classic old world charm. Clean, nice size room. Pretty bathroom. Really nice beds, pillows and blanket. Nice workout room. Robes are great touch. Court yard was unique and a good place to relax. In the center of quiet town. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Loved Hush Harbor bakery right nearby.

Worst Hotel Ever. Our daughter is a student at CalPoly, we stayed here (all the 3 stars hotel in San Luis Obispo were booked due to an event). You must avoid this hotel at all cost. it start with the parking. The tiny parking lot they have is little bit far from the hotel and can barely take 20 cars!....

I am coming back on my return road trip from LA to San Francisco as this...

Take a step into the past when you visit this beautifully restored elegant hotel. From the lobby to the rooms, exquisite attention to detail abounds. Be sure to explore, as the roof-top patio provides the ideal location to enjoy your morning cup of Kurig-brewed coffee. The only thing lacking was information in the rooms about the hotel, dining options, the...

The Carlton Hotel is a well appointed hotel near the Paso Robles Wine country and San Luis Obispo. The rooms and beds are large/comfortable and the bathrooms are freshly re-done with separate tub and shower. Atascadero is small quiet town but the property is close to the freeway and attractions in the area. Room prices are a great value.

Stayed here during a weekend of wine tasting near Paso Robles. Nice home-base for the weekend. Comfortable room and bed, and the bathrooms are quite nice with large tub and separate shower. Quiet hotel. The historic ambiance was a nice break from the more cookie cutter spots. Close to wine tasting....20-30 minutes from the coast. Can walk to a few...
