If the chance comes up again, I will probably stay here again. The staff, lobby, location and the grounds were lovely...the room, not so much. The room I stayed in just needs a complete overhaul, especially the bathroom. The bathroom is dated with water damage. Too bad, this place must have been nice 20 years ago. Please update!!! This place...

I didn't realize that this hotel was used by many Chinese tourists as a "maternity" hotel until I stayed there for a few days. In fact, I later learned about this from a news broadcast by a local TV station. The place felt like a Chinatown. Most guests were Chinese and were pregnant! The come here because there's a hospital...

We stayed here for it's proximity to colleges we were touring and the price. It is also close to the freeway and a Westfield mall, with a plethora of dining options (from Chipotle and Hot Dog on a Stick to Benihans and Cheesecake Factory), and with the largest Forever 21 my daughter had ever seen. In general, this was a...

This hotel was not as advertised. Floor was sticky. Bathroom was in a state of decay. The biggest problem was that we left for 3 hours and came back to a bathroom full of ants. We called the front desk and they quickly came in with ant spray, which was nice. Beds were fairly comfortable. Still, the tripadvisor average did...

The hotel is open air access to outside from your room. I believe the value is great, as this is a business trip pay for by the company, the travel web sites are about $80/night during that time. It is directly across the Santa Anita Racetrack and about 2 blocks to the Arcadia city park. On site they do weddings...

Our family checked into this place for two days. Parked in front of building where our room was, saw construction. Rooms below and next to ours were in heavy renovation. (First negative clue) As soon as we opened the door we had a Strong insecticide smell. Then as we are in the room saw an extension cord running from one...

This hotel is fantastic. The room is huge, balcony overlooks the beautiful gardens. The pool area is really good. Some great restos within minutes walking. Try the Korean one in same street, was lovely. Service was great also. Bed comfy and all linen clean and crisp. Walking distance to the racetrack which we will go to today. Definitely recommend

This hotel is a very nice, if a bit dated, hotel. Very comfortable and homey. It definitely seems to have some history and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great with Santa Anita Racetrack just across the street.
