What a disappointment. My husband and I stayed here for a wedding in a spa room with an ocean view. Sunday morning we were awoken at 7am by a loudspeaker announcing a fun run. As every runner crossed the finish line (directly outside of out room) we heard their name and time. Then, the runners congregated in front of our...

This resort is in a small little beach town with lots of character! The views of the Pacific are amazing! The rooms were nice and beds were really comfortable! The food was good at the Sanderling Restaurant on-site. Very friendly people and very dog-friendly, as well! Across the street is a little shopping village with everything you could need from...

Our unit was very roomy and comfortable but the decor was dated. The finish materials and quality of the bedding were not what we expected given the price. But we enjoyed our stay. Lovely views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, helpful staff. Our unit overlooked the pool but we were not disturbed by any noise in the...

We chose this resort because of its proximity to the beach/ocean and because it was between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The location is very nice - a bit of a secluded community away from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns. However, this did mean there were less shopping/dining options right there. There is a small shopping center across the...

Perfectly nestled upon a bluff overlooking the Monterey Bay, this resort is perfect if you want to enjoy the beauty of the ocean without all of crowds. I spoke to Carol on the phone with the reservation department and she did an amazing job of setting me up in the room I wanted. My GF (now fiancee) and I stayed...

The view was incredible when my family and I went. Right in the middle of the ocean view. But, it needed work. The stairs had hair on it, the garbage disposal smelled like rotting food, and the screen doors were broken. Fix these and I will most certainly come back again!

A wonderful location, nestled above a long quiet beach with outstanding views of the Monterey Bay. Well kept grounds and an above average dining facility, but once in the room we lost interest in ever returning: Paper thin walls allow noise of every quality to hold your attention, whether day or night. Exhaust fans intermittently ran throughout the night, causing...

The grounds are gorgeous and the view is amazing. The room was pretty bad. Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The couch was so worn out that the hide-a-bed was visible. When we sat on it the bar from the bed dug into our legs. The sink was clogged, the toilet seat was chipped, there was a huge gross stain on...

This resort has the most stunning views of a beautiful beach and powerful ocean. The rooms are large and are great for families or couples sharing the condo. The King deluxe Oceanview has stupendous views and access directly to the beach below. The only reason I did not give this five stars was due to the renovations that are currently...

The view and location are absolutely perfect. We had a two bedroom villa with ocean view and found that it was very quiet and relaxing. We even had deer feeding outside our sliding glass door. The décor was nice and had a beach feel but the sofa was very uncomfortable and needed to be updated. The bed was very comfortable...
