The staff of the hotel is very accommodating, friendly and professional. The location of the hotel provides easy access to both the Magic Kingdom and California Adventures Park, with a private entrance for hotel guests next door at the Grand Californian for California Adventures. Our room was a 'Premium View' room, this meant we were on the 9th floor on...

My husband and I spent our last valentines day weekend here. It was the first time to Disneyland for both of us. We chose this hotel for the proximity to the parks and for the fact that we could enter the parks an hour early each day. -Service: The customer service here was very good. The staff were friendly and...

I am a Disney annual passholder and have previously stayed at the Grand Californian and the Disneyland hotel. I stayed here in May 2014 just to check it off and experience it. Also my family and I wanted to partake in the fastpass offer for annual passholders which was a great perk. Pros: - Our family LOVED the theme in...

Stayed in a suite with a theme view and concierge. I stayed on the 11 th floor. Fabulous view, there is nothing to complain about its perfect! The suite is a decent size but I have stayed at a hojo queen suite that I believe was larger. The housekeeping was great as was the response to my request that out...

I stay at this hotel from March 24- March 29th. I went with my three kids and my mom. I booked through a travel agent with Disney. We arrived at LAX and rode the Disneyland express which seemed like it took forever to come pick us up. Once we got to the hotel there wasn't a line to check in...

One of the best things about staying at the paradise pier is its location. It's perfect because of its proximity to the Disneyland Park and Islands of Adventure, which are 5-7 minutes away by walk and also it's proximity to the restaurants and cafés around town. The staff are wonderful and really friendly. The rooms are spacious and very very...

We have stayed at both gone Grand California and DisneyLand Resort so decided this trip we'd give the Paradise Pier a try-very impressive. The walk to and from the parks is a tiny longer than from the Grand California but it's Disney-there is walking required! The rooms are the biggest for all three of the resorts and it has a...

When we decided to make our first visit to Disneyland we wanted to make the most of it but there is so much advice out there about where to stay. We looked at every option and finally decided on the Paradise Pier. We believe we made a very good choice after a four day stay. We chose the package with...

We booked based on getting the 1 hour early access into Disneyland. Extremely disappointed and will never stay here again because: - no Wifi access during our stay, despite me speaking to managers, front desk people and the IT help desk (the answer is you can't get wifi in some of the floors at all, and it is a known...

We booked everything (Air, park tickets and room) through Disney so I have no idea if this hotel is a good value or not but it did seem a bit pricey. BUT I can say it was clean, the staff is typical Disney (they do everything in their power to make you happy) and there are multiple places to eat,...
