Stayed here for a couple of days for Rose Parade over New Years. Since I had made reservations almost a year prior I was concerned about reservations since it didn't go through Days Inn Reservations. PK was wonderful though as I had called days before to confirm and he assured me everything was all set. I had also made reservations for family coming in from Indiana. They were very accommodating and what a great surprise when we found a bottle of champagne, candies and sodas in the refrigerator with a nice note wishing us a happy New Year! Although there isn't much parking, we had no trouble finding spaces. The area is very nice and clean, plenty of restaurants nearby and movie theater. Will definitely stay here again if we attend the Parade next year as it is close to parade route.

It was comfortable enough. Electricity went out in the night and the toilet ran all night. Tried to call to the front desk several times, even the reservation line tried to call, no answer. Fixed the electric.. Very nice though.

To keep my personal travel expenses down, I stayed here to be within a 5 minute drive to my father's assisted living community. This place did the trick. The exterior decor and room interiors have an aged fill to them, but overall my room was fine. While in need of some freshening up, overall my room was fine. There is traffic noise, being a half block to Main St, and the air conditioner was noisy. So, I slept with air plugs to block the noise. There is parking but it is limited, it gets filled in the evening. The positives include a very convenient location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The main negative was the terrible breakfast provided, very limited and sad selections - I ended up going to a nearby Starbucks. Overall, this place served its purpose, but I would probably not stay here again.

When I was making my reservation for this current stay I applied and was approved for a Wyndham Rewards Visa. When I checked out on line, the new Wyndham card was used. That was great. Then, I arrived to check in and they asked me for the card. I told them it's a new account and asked if they could check it somewhere. Nope. There's my first negative. I'm a Hilton Honors member and always stay at Garden Inn. This time my daughter wanted me to stay at Days Inn in Alhambra. Oh my goodness. First the credit card issue. Then the room is average at best. To change the TV channel I have to be within six feet even though it has an RF extender glued on the wall under the TV. That's two. Third, the save the planet with a towel is great. But, the tub has a continuous drip. Fourth, when people walk by the room the vibration is awful. If they're rolling a bag, forget it it's like a freight train. And finally, I came back Saturday night/Sunday morning and there was no parking. I went in to the desk and was given a parking pass so I would be able to park on the street. That was nice, then I was told I would have to move my vehicle by 10 AM. Don't know why. I asked if he was sure even on a Sunday? he said yes. So much for relaxing.
I have to say, the probability of me staying at another Wyndham property is very low.

Very clean all employees were super nice. The room had every item I could possible need. Check in and out was very easy can't wait to go back. I will be visiting again real soon. Thanks for your outstanding customer service.

Nice place to stay when you need to attend meetings downtown, fairly easy to get to.
Building is old, but service is good, location excellent as many restaurants and store are within walking distance. Price is right too.

Clean and convenient location. But if you're looking for a place to rest and get sleep, this is not it. Continous loud and strong banging and stomping, late at night and so early in the morning, that it shakes you awake again and again. The front desk is distrustful as they directly lied to my mom's face. I do NOT recommend if you value sleeping or rest, which was the main point of me booking here. I'm sure there are other, more trustworthy places in the area.

This motel was absolutely disgusting. We were put in a room that had mold on the couch and smelled disgusting. There was hair in the tub ( not ours) at check in and the shower head had so much lime scale on it the water wouldnt come out. The outside of the building looked like it eS condemned and it was located in a terri le neighborhood. We moved the dresser in front of the door to sleep because we did not feel safe. The room eas so gross we were actually thinking about sleeping in our car.

I booked 4 nights at this hotel but I had to evacuate after 2 horrible sleepless nights not knowing what was going on. I thought it was afoot allergy until I discovered a nest of bed bugs....in my bed,see picture attached. Facility manager still charged me for one night of this nightmare

The hotel is located right next door to a NIGHT CLUB which means that you can HEAR and FEEL, see the music in your room until almost 2 AM!
you can hear all noise that happens on the main street. A car alarm from across the street that had a whole building between the hotel and it could be heard crystal clear in the hotel room.
The rooms are not very clean. Our bed had a HUGE book size BLOOD stain in it. yes I did write blood. No I am not kidding. Yes we were given another room "but if that room didn't meet our standards" they only had one other room for us (direct quote). I am not sure who else in the world wouldn't mind sleeping on a blood stain. Anyone?
Yes it is in a great area but NOT worth it. pay a little more to stay somewhere cleaner, quieter and nicer. TRUST ME.
