Pros: Quiet, Clean, Comfortable, Great Location, Store and Restaurant close by, and the restaurant has Good food. Cons: A little outdated. All in all a nice place to stay for the price, has nice food across the street at the restaurant, and a store that is open till 11 that has everything for your snacking needs

This is a very dated motel. Rooms are basic, shabby and not all that clean. Staff aren't too keen on providing good customer service to make up for lack of luxury either; at breakfast we had to wait 45 minutes for our scrambled eggs and toast, despite there only being another 2 guests in the restaurant.

This year was my second time visiting the Homer area and the Anchor River Inn. The Inn is a good place to stay. They give you a voucher to use in their restaurant. I will definitely come back to the Anchor River Inn!

If the Anchor River is where you want to explore you won't do better than the Inn. You can find more luxurious accommodations in Homer or Anchorage but then you wouldn't be at the Anchor River. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were great (the homemade bread makes delicious French toast and regular toast) and with our $15...

Been there in July. Work related visit. The job was in Homer but at that time we could not find any rooms in Homer . Besides , the prices were very expensive. We found Anchor Inn in Anchor Point. 21 miles away from Homer. The room price was more affordable around 105$ but you will also get a 15$ coupon...

We stayed here for six days the hotel is outdated but your room was clean, the service was great and the restaurant breakfast was delicious. The people were very nice and accommodating! All in all we had a very good experience here and would stay again.

I stay at many small town hotels/motels, bed and breakfast inns, and hostels for business and pleasures in Alaska and other off grid places. Perhaps I made my stay at a bad time for the owners to be properly prepared for guests in the off season of tourism and fishing, but I don't really see any good excuse for the...

The Inn does not look anything like the website. The room smelled like a dirty man's body oder. Air freshener did not help. The carpets were stained. Would not walk barefoot on them. The coffee tray was dusty and dirty, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Microwave, furniture and shelf on closet had a layer of dust....

This motel is basic and convenient for working at Salmonfest. One very nice part of staying here was the $15 meal coupon for each day's stay that allowed for a nice breakfast each morning. It is a but noisy on the highway, but the beach and river and a short distance for relaxing.
