Location perfect - close to everything. Personnel very professional and experienced.Rooms all right but nothing to brag about. View limited and if lucky enough You might not face interior.A lot of good history involving pres.Grant, J.Lund and a few other figures.Beautiful lobby and hallway.

Amazing hotel. The staff goes out of their way to attend to every detail. They treat every guest as if they were Royalty. The minute you step into the lobby you know you are in for a treat. The giant flower arrangements of fresh flowers to the desk where they have preserved the key slots from days gone by. Get...

Stayed at The Willard this past week for 5 nights. It was a terrific experience. The room was top notch and had a view of several monuments (9th floor.) The service was excellent, starting with modifying the reservation before arrival as well as throughout the stay. I have stayed here before, and like the size of the hotel. doesn't feel...

Stayed at the Willard again on an overnight business trip. Was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room that had two queen beds in it. Rooms were fantastic. TV was a little crazy, kept changing the channel by itself every 5-10 minutes. Had a nice view of the city. Used the workout facility which is in the salon, but it's...

The Willard is the most historic hotel in an historic city. While the name and decor is old fashioned, the service is modern and shiny. Even though my wife and I were staying on IHG points, the staff were always quick to help with whatever request we had, big or small. And if you are sightseeing, there is no more...

This is a hotel with history (Lincoln met people here). It is also charming in an old fashioned way. We have an executive suite and is very spacious and comfortable. However, things are getting a bit shop worn and the technology in place is very dated. The biggest problem, however, is food alternatives. Their Cafe du Parc looks, feels, and...

WillardはUpgrade(King Premier Room with view→Suite、2ランク)でした。
