From the check in to check out, and attentive, polite, and professional staff. Rooms were clean, neat, and very well maintained. I would recommend again, not only for the rooms and service, but the proximity to the Mall and good dining.

Much said about this grand hotel in reviews. I had a wonderful stay but like to mention one small thing which most of the IC hotel check-in staff misses - that is to welcome Ambassador members with a welcome gift - this is a minor perk - but memorable bearing IC mark. This was not offered at check-in and not...

Beautiful rooms and lobby, impeccable service from the bell hop to the front desk. Stayed the weekend, hotel very close to the monuments and historic points of interest. Would of gave five stars - yet odd- one bolt on the toilet seat was busted - say no more - reported it yet the staff chose to send up a complementary...

Words cannot express what a magnificent hotel this is. It didn't start that well since I requested early arrival and the room wasn't ready. When my wife and I returned 2 hours later the room still wasn't ready but the lady at the front desk gave us the honeymoon suite. It was appropriate since we were celebrating our anniversary. The...

Beautiful hotel. The history, location and service makes this hotel worth a visit. Particularly enjoyed early breakfasts in Café du Park with top notch service before exploring the city for the day. We'll be back!

The property was elegant, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The food was very good. Unfortunately, they nickel and dime you to death. From the Internet, the parking, even using their business center.

The Willard is pricing itself and considers itself a top quality hotel. The decor and room size is up to those standards, but some smaller things are forgotten. First issue- incredibly overpriced room service. A bottle of wine that costs $10 at a grocery costs $65 when delivered to your room. Wifi is an extra charge. The bathroom has a...

At almost $500 a night, this is one of the more expensive InterContinental Hotels in the United States, but one of the most unique, it has that "grand hotel" feel, much like the Mark Hopkins in San Francisco or the Barclay in New York, rooms could use some updating, but you cannot beat the location, the Hay Adams is slightly...

Beautiful, historic, ornate hotel in perfect location for visiting Smithsonian museums and many other landmarks. Steps away from the White House. Lobby is incredibly ornate and luxurious. Staff was excellent, especially the bell-hop staff. Our room was a corner room with a sitting area (Rm 600). Furnishings were excellent, bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and all fixtures were...
