Stayed here for three nights to explore Washington DC. Within walking distance to the subway and to the monuments. Room was large, plenty of space. Comfortable bed and well sized bathroom. Staff were friendly. Would stay here again. We had breakfast at the garden cafe- again friendly staff and a filling bowl of oats to start the day.

The staff are amazing 👏 I have been coming here for years. The hospitality is unmatched at any other hotel. They are always so helpful. The rooms are so spacious and clean. Perfect walking distance to the Whitehouse and Georgetown University.

This lovely small hotel is perfectly located for your sightseeing stay in Washington, DC. Just blocks off the National Mall, it's walking distance from most of major sights. The rooms are extremely clean, inviting, and spacious. Nice cafe for breakfast. And the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Great location for walking to see the monuments and Tidal Basin cherry blossoms. Our room was more like a small apartment. Only issue at all was bathroom was very small with no ventilation for moisture. The restaurant at the hotel had a limited menu. We had their cheeseburger and fries that was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The entire room was too comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The hotel location is perfect. You have many historical sites to visit on walking distances. Yhe only thing is there's no many restaurants nearby. Subway is about 5 min walking distance

My room was clean and big. I like having the mini kitchen with a fridge and stove. Well located, 3 blocks from Foggy Bottom Metro and 3 blocks from the Lincoln memorial, next to a CVS. Lots of food options as it is in the heart of George Town University. Great service from the people cleaning the room, the waitress and service at the restaurant and front desk employees.

Don’t stay unless you want a contact high. Cheap hotel that’s been dressed up. Bathroom is tiny, Door to the room has gaps all around- could see the light from the hallway all around it. Not sure how secure the doors actually are. Beds are comfortable enough. Staff is nice but the clientele..?

Accompanied my wife on business trip with other members of her company. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Although it's not immediately close to any of DC's "sights" (except abutting GWU), it is convenient to everything on foot or by a quick Uber. The hotel is in a former apartment building. Our room was like a full 1-BR apartment: foyer, dining area, kitchen, living room (including large work-table facing out of window), a small foyer connecting pvt bedroom and full bathroom. WiFi worked. Building seems to have been renovated lately, so everything was "new". Closets everywhere. Everything was spanking clean, with daily room service. Their quiet Garden Cafe served great breakfasts (on linen) and at nice moderate prices, with friendly waiters too. Lobby security excellent. That's basically it... a nice, clean, quiet place to stay in DC. Nothing like this here in NYC where we live, let me tell you. And the room rate was really decent, too! (PS: Just FYI, the hotel has two entrances, the second being at 2116 F Street NW, on the GWU side.)

This was a great hotel, and the room was wonderful and spacious! The only problem I had was the $48 a night for parking. If you go on a weekend you can park on the street for free. That’s what we ended up doing since the parking lot was full. Glad it was.
