Chose this place because rate was reasonable, and they have a pet friendly policy. Really enjoyed staying at Yours Truly. Lobby was huge and nicely appointed, and access to Call Your Mother (bagel shop) was a nice bonus. All staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Place has a wonderful smell, not overpowering, but present, and adds to the overall great vibe (we even asked if they sell the aromatherapy scent that they use because we liked it so much!). Room was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable, and our dog loved it too. Room was definitely on the smaller side, but suitable for what we needed. Option of the black-out blinds was a nice touch. Bathroom was nice and clean- only downside was that the water pressure was very low. Made the rainfall shower head less enjoyable than it could have been. Would definitely stay here again and recommend! …

Hotel's Favourite
The location, the food and service were exceptionally good. The ambiance of the hotel is very good. The lobby is furnished with comfortable furniture. The pastry chef is extremely talented. I had the most amazing desert and pastry.

Great hotel - new renovation, fun decor, comfortable room. nice staff, perfect breakfast option (call your mother deli) right in the lobby. Wish the hotel bar were open during the afternoon but otherwise, everything was perfect!

Loud AC, very poorly designed bathrooms, no closets, slow internet. Location is good. I would never choose to stay here again. My company paid for it so I don’t know the prices but this is not a 4 star hotel.

Nice location, mulit-use space. Lobby has a bar, a bagel/coffee shop and a restaurant on one side and a barber shop and record shop on the other. During the day you can find people co-working on the trendy velvet couches and chairs. In the lower level there are various meeting spaces hosting various convening. All of this makes for an eclectic clientele. Customer service at the management level is top notch. The rooms are minimalist but the decir is smart slightly masculine and a descent size. I would stay here again.

I really like the feel of this hotel. It was so unique and cute. I did not like how loud it was at night. I was on floor two and I could hear... i guess the bar music downstairs? Not entirely sure. The glass shower "wall" does not reach far enough to not let water splash outside of the shower area. The incense or whatever was used was a good smell but it could be a little much at times.

I LOVED how non-traditional this hotel was. It truly felt like I was going back to my apartment to relax vs. to a hotel room. I thought things were styled well and kudos to whoever picked the lounge furniture because it's both stylish and comfortable. My only notes are that the bath tub fixtures were a little wonky (drain wouldn't plug, the dials bumped each other because they were so close) and the grout/caulk needed to be redone in there. Otherwise very nice!

I stayed at the hotel for work, only for a few nights and the hotel facilities are correct, the rooms are nice but the down sides are very important, at least for me. The breakfast they provide as an alternative, at the coffee shop, well, if you are looking for a healthy option it doesnt exist and you will have to eat a bagel or maybe some muffin. The main reason I gave this rating to this hotel is the staff at the lobby. I had a very bad experience at the checkout and the lady was super disrespectful and rude. The overall attitude of the staff is so bad and you feel like you are asking a favor if you ask for a cab or maybe just the printed bill. It was horrible and I dont think I will recommend it to anyone for this huge reason. Thanks.
