Treasure exhibited what it means to provide quality service to an out of town guest. If there is a promotion for her, do it now. She explained everything thoroughly and I have no complaints. Aelita and Evelin are just as amazing too.

Bryan, Joy, Evelin, Flannery, Alva, Dave, Gladys, Shane, and Wilson were simply outstanding. There is no request left unmet. Always polite, cordial, and solicitous, these individuals are keepers! Can't wait to be back! Thank you for being so professional! Ruth Weinfeld, room 325

We stayed at the WPH for a Friday night for my wife's company holiday party, immediately impressed by the amicable professionalism of *everyone* of the staff with whom we interacted. It was literally a sheer delight with the check-in staff, parking process, and a visit to their lounge bar in this very quiet hotel. Superbly located on Thomas Circle in the nation's capitol, the beautiful view from the upper west-facing rooms is that of a European city; we spent some time just watching the crowd from our eighth floor room huge windows (with excellent light-blocking shades) . The only ding is that the garage is a bit expensive, but it's *quite* convenient and roomy, too. We will definitely be back for a quick weekend escape in the near future. Many thanks to the staff!

Fabulous staff in this very centrally located hotel to White House and National Mall. Now accessible by metro from Dulles. From the moment of check in all the staff were so friendly and helpful, likewise at breakfast and in the bar /restaurant at night. I would like to thank Sarah and Sharda for ensuring I are safely as a coeliac. Tenisha, Treasure and all the reception staff for their help and friendliness . Carlos and Fenisha who served me breakfast. David, Ben as managers and finally Tom as the General Manager for ensuring that the staff provide excellent guest service. The bar is very comfortable and the fire is a wonderful bonus. The rooms are comfortable and have all the essentials which includes being able to open a window, if you like fresh air. Within walking distance of so many restaurants. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I visit Washington DC

This is a solid option in Washington DC. Location is unbeatable. McPherson Square Metro station is an easy five-minute walk and Union Station is a pleasant thirty-minute stroll across some interesting neighborhoods. Staff is polite and efficient. Both check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. The hotel itself is a pretty old building and the room clearly reflects that. Some amenities, like the kettle and television, show signs of history. Otherwise everything is up to expectation. Our room faces a residential building nearby so no view at all. Price is not excessive during our stay so it is still a nice choice in the national capital.

Exceptional customer service from Bryan at the Front Desk, unlike anything else I have ever experienced in DC area before all these years. He was understanding of our requests and preferences and he went out of his way to help and ensure our stay was a memorable experience! I recommend you book this hotel for any occasion that brings you to town, business, vacation or romantic getaway! Better to book directly with the hotel and express any needs you have and they will accommodate your demands! Ask for Bryan during the day, I guarantee he will go the extra mile to meet your needs! Hotel room very clean and the coffee is great italian espresso made at the hotel restau!

The front desk staff was friendly and gave us valuable info. The room was very clean and quiet. Would stay here again on a return trip. Close to the National Mall. The area around the hotel had a wide variety of dining options that was in easy walking distance. The onsite parking was a great addition.

I mainly use the hotel’s parking garage for my car when I need to work in this area. It is a great location near the 14th St. area and fairly easy to get in and out of on foot (elevators- though someone with a disability or very full hands would need help with the many doors). There are always open parking spots, though some are more difficult to navigate than others. Driving in and out is relatively easy once you know where it is. It is a place I have felt safe walking in and around at all times of day. That being said, the real gem is the staff. I’ve had several questions on various things and the hotel staff has consistently been amazing. They have consistently been friendly, accommodating, and informed even when I wasn’t necessarily staying at the hotel as a guest. In particular, I wanted to shout-out Zion at the valet for being an incredibly kind, generous, and knowledgeable! One day I got myself into a bit of a troubled parking situation that I simply couldn’t get myself out of, despite my best efforts. Zion literally came to the rescue and was able to help me out of an incredibly tricky situation with her incredible skill and patience.
