I tried hard to find things wrong with my stay at the Four Season...the room was great, staff from top to bottom friendly...friendly atmosphere for such a posh hotel. Thank you to the concierge (MC) for having tickets to the new African-American Museum....

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Julie the Chef Concierge and Matthew the Front Desk Agent are two of the best staff members at the hotel. Both made sure my stay while in DC this January for the Kennedy Honors was exceptional. Julie found a seamstress and helped with my dress. Matthew made sure I had...

My wife, son and I stayed her for two nights. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was perhaps the best service experience I have had in a hotel. We needed help with a couple of things and the staff didn't stop until they found a solution. The rooms , restaurant and spa are all great, of course, but...

Had a fantastic week in DC and saw all the major sites. The location of the Four Seasons is ideal. We walked to the Lincoln, Washington, and Jefferson Memorials. We even ventured onto the Space Museum and continued to Ford's Theater. Then we walked back and had happy hour at Tadich's Grill. If you are not afraid of doing about...

We loved this location in the Georgetown area as it is close to excellent shops and restaurants. We also found the Night Manager, Jad, a beacon of excellent service and hospitality! I personally found this property less friendly to small kids than most of the other Four Seasons locations we have visited, which is a fairly long list. As many...

My wife and I just got married. It was our second marriage and so we are blending families (5 kids ages 6-12). We wanted a honeymoon...so we had to settle for one night, our mini-moon. We were blown away by the quality of the rooms and the attentiveness of the staff. We had wine at ENO, then dinner at Bourbon...

I stayed here for a private event held in one of the basement ballrooms. The attention to detail and service really sets this hotel above the rest. Espresso makers in the room are easy to use and deliver excellent beverages, and the little extras serve to make a stay extremely pleasant. My partner forgot to pack a tie and the...

Hotel is so well positioned to George Town - a great hotel - the bar has an excellent vibe about it, the dining room is a bit stuffy but the food is very good. The Four Seasons in DC understands how to make a guest feel welcomed and special. We stayed there for the Inauguration and despite the craziness of the week and the fact that they were completely full, the front desk staff and concierges always had time greet me personally by name and to help with whatever question arose. the room was...

Lobby is unimpressive, but that's the least important thing about a hotel. The rooms were lovely and tastefully decorated. Loved the Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries! The view of D.C. was wonderful and the staff couldn't of been more professional and accommodating. Banquet food was good, not great (but banquet food is rarely great.) Great location and definitely premium!
