Such a lovely convenient stop as we drove down to FL. Service was impeccable. Easy pull-up to the front of the hotel without congested traffic stress. Our room was very nice and the atrium layout of the hotel is quite pleasant. Finally, breakfast was excellent. Good robust coffee options and a great made-to-order omelet all making for an A+ stay. We absolutely will keep the Embassy Suites | Georgetown on our list for future stays Thank you to the management for a great visit.
this is a very nice hotel and in a great area. within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Georgetown. Rooms were very clean and service was very good. the only negative i have is that the bar in the hotel does not open until 4:30. the issue with that is even though it is not open, you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol in and drink in the bar area (tables chairs, couches, tv's). they should have drinks available in the small shop they have. after a long hot day in DC sometimes you want to sit and have a beer at the hotel.
Stayed there for 15 years when on vacation and business. Now you have to asked for the room to be cleaned. They add BS resort fees at $25 per day and you get nothing for it. The prices are the same or higher and the service is crappy. This doesn't include all the staff but I put it solely on the management's greed.
I have been here over a month and have been very happy with the place. Excellent breakfast and outstanding happy hour but best thing is the people providing the service. I have been really impressed with Mahlet and Jose and all the servers and staff who are very friendly and helpful.
Everyone at Embassy Suites was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Erica at the front desk helped extend my stay when my needs suddenly changed. Mahlet at District Tap expedited my dinner order with a smile. Can’t wait to come back!
My family and I had the chance to stay in this hotel back in January. While the hotel was pleasant the service from one particular front desk clerk was amazing. Maria Rene greeted my family like we were old friends. Maria answered all our questions that we had and a friendly and respectful way she always happy with a big smile in her face that's mad our day.
Our server Mahlet was wonderful. And our meal was excellent. She provided our group with every detail we needed. Her attitude was tremendous, she was also very knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area! Ask for the chocolate chip cookies they’re amazing!
I had a great stay with exceptional service by Mahlet. She went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed.I highly recommend. Will be back my my next time in Washington DC. Hotel is in a great location
Mahlet was awesome and had excellent customer service. She provided great advice and great help. She helped us choose awesome food and the right tea. She was great and helpful. She was fantastic and we will come back because of her.
Lady, Mahlet who brought over broccoli was super duper nice. Broccoli was more butter than broccoli. Rest in piece my arteries. So much for being healthy. The butter broccoli has taken 10 years off my life. I’m literally dying at the table.
