Love the property overall and great customer service. I would definitely visit again if in Washington DC area. The staff was amazing and it was overall a quiet and peaceful stay which is what I needed. Food is a bit price so, I would suggest Grubhub or something of that nature

Somebody forgot to tell the designers of the lobby and rooms that Nixon is no longer President. The decor is a sorry attempt at retro and it is almost criminal to force the employees to wear those uncomfortable and poorly designed uniforms. The work out room had a couple pieces

Dear MarcStl, Greetings from Washington. It was a pleasure to welcome you and your wife and we thank you for taking the time to share your comments. We hope our central location provided convenient access to your “must-visit” destinations and that you had an opportunity to dine with us, perhaps for our weekend brunch. While we appreciate that design preferences are both subjective and personal, we regret to read that ours did not compliment your own design palate and we apologize if our published resort fee was at all a surprise. Once more, we thank you for taking the time to share your review and we hope to one day welcome you both again so that you can enjoy a more cherished Watergate experience. Warm Regards, Jeff David Managing Director

I have done the walk many times, but it takes a while to learn the ropes because the streets are a bit confusing. If you have a phone with GPS, I recommend using directions the first time, There is no shuttle.
