Had a conference and all hotels were booked. Found this little B&B and I count myself lucky. Within minutes of the Hilton, I had a cosy, old fashioned bedroom with all the amenities and a homey breakfast. Great proprietors, clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Right down the road to Dupont Circle - lots of great restaurants and shops....

This B&B is one of the best I ever stayed in. Makes you feel almost at home. The Staff is terrific, friendly, helpful and attentive. It's rare to find a place like this where everybody cares about the customer and make you feel like a long time friend. Jonathan (inn keeper) is awesome, has coffee ready for you when you...

Has a European flavor. Hosts are very caring, Jonathon attends to your needs the minute you walk in. Rooms are nice: pleasant decor, very clean, some are on the smaller side but all are well equipped with irons/boards, refrigerators, clocks, good TV's etc. Great location close to DuPont Circle & right next to the Washington Hilton.

Helpful, friendly, competent staff. B & B is diagonally across the street from the Washington Hilton, in an upscale residential neighborhood. Also close to Dupont Circle metro stop. Would stay here again.

My stay at the American Guest house in Washington, DC last week was a great pleasure. My room was affordable, clean and comfortable, and and the hotel location, near Dupont Circle, is excellent. I was able to easily walk to restaurants and the Metro station. I've been staying at business oriented hotels in DC for the past 9 years, and...

Excellent location. Outstanding service/customer service. Overall, a better value than the larger chain hotels in the area. I am very comfortable recommending the Guest House to other travelers, whether pleasure or business.
