Room was not what was book. Overpriced and poor, very poor, customer service. Room was not ready until after 3pm. Special event in hotel prevent open access to hotel. Security staff very rude. Very disappointed for over $500 per night. Would not recommend. No response from management after email.

I have stayed twice at the Washington Mandarin Oriental and each time I was treated like royalty. Every staff person is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience. It is a beautiful hotel, impeccably clean and professionally run. And the location is great too! I highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel was very nicely done. Beautiful lobby area and view of the outside garden. Check in was fairly quick. Room had a partial river view - I am sure others had good views. Room was nicely furnished and large with a desk and sofa. Bathroom was very nice with a large marble countertop sink, stall shower and a soaking tub....

We spent this past weekend with sons and grandkids at the Mandrian Oriental in Washington DC and it was a total joy. The hotel is by a freeway but the road noise was never an issue. If you didn't look outside the window, one would think you were in a quite residential area. As a bonus you can see several...

You cannot go wrong staying at this hotel. The staff is excellent as well as the rooms. The spa was extremely relaxing. The location is perfect walking distance to the mall and a huge amount of other attractions.

Hotel was great, food was awesome. Cabs was outside hotel, no need wait. Museums, food and restaurants were all in a 5 to 7 minute cab ride from the hotel. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool and wife loved the spa and fitness center.

Great hotel...nice rooms, late bar, patio with fire pit. Wish my check-in was quicker and room was facing the river. Close to Regan airport. Overall nice experience. Also close to DC tourist attractions.

Kyleigh who welcomed us at the front desk, was superb in her customer service. She asked why we were in town and showed genuine excitement when I told her it was...

This is an excellent hotel with an eye for every details. The staff was excellent, the rooms were exquisite and the food was wonderful. The location to the local attractions was incredible. We could walk to just about all of the monuments and we did that at night after our meetings were over. It was an incredible stay. I would...
