Beautiful property with great location for easy access to multiple sites in D.C. We stayed there for a conference and that was a challenge for this property. We had several off site functions and, being downtown, they aren't well equipped to easily handle transportation for a large group. Had multiple celebrities stay at the property while there which was fun....

The rooms were nice but not over the top. It's the staff that makes this place great. From the time you reach the property everyone makes you feel welcome, from the valet, to the front desk, to the housekeeper, and the bar tender. The hotel is quiet and very clean. They are more than willing do what ever you want...

We stayed a week at this this property for business and play. To us this hotel seemed tired and not what we have come to expect from the Ritz Carlton Brand. Check in was great, gave us two double beds? Then changed us to a King We had a lounge level room, without a doubt it is the smallest and...

First, I want to state that I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the amenities the hotel offers so my review may have gone up or down based on having more time and experience. There was little in the way of WOW items that made me think this was an extraordinary hotel but nothing in my limited exposure to...

Overall this is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star price. Staff need more formal training. Rooms should be cleaner. Check in: Fun! Was asked if I want water or champagne. After my long flight from LA, champagne please! Room upgrade was also given. Room: Large and nicely decorated. Traditional style. Housekeeping: Subpar Bedskirt had dirt on it. Floor...

The hotel really is a nice traditional one - no surprises, either good or bad, you know what to expect. The nice touch is the DC location near White House and hence, a promise of visiting political dignitaries - at least we had a couple of highly protected heads of state that offered a bit of excitement about the crowds...

This Ritz has customer service as a top priority. Every single staff member said hello, anticipated our needs, had a generally warm and welcoming attitude. The club floor staff were particularly friendly and accomodating.

Good west side location. Great door men, front desk and an easy walk to Georgetown or downtown. Nice elegant lounge for cocktails or lunch. Very clean with all the amenities you would expect. Not that it's needed, but good security as well.

True to its reputation, the Ritz Carlton in DC is a classy and elegant place. Service was gracious. The complementary champagne was a nice touch. Definitely a nice place to stay. Easy access to both Georgetown and DuPont Circle neighborhoods.

I frequently stay at Ritz Carltons and have stayed at this hotel before but this stay was awful. They put me in a room with two very small beds which was frigid. It took nearly an hour to get the room to get to 65. Several lights were unplugged and I found myself fumbling around the room to find a...
