Having never been to Washington DC, I did not know what to expect of the city or her people. At the Courtyard Washington Embassy Row hotel, we were greeted by Jillian, who was one of the many employees who were super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were nice and very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our...

Stayed there last week on vacation and had two rooms because we had 5 children with us. Hotel and rooms were clean, nice & friendly staff. The location from the Metro and other amenities is fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting DC.

I have been in love with this hotel since the first time I stayed there. The front desk staff is amazing. They always greet me with a warm welcome. The lobby is newly renovated and has a modern feel. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the black pepper chicken I ordered for room service was heavenly. The rooms offer a...

Issue with room (reserved 2 double bed with sofa bed and was given 1 king bed only) corrected rapidly. Very cordial and friendly reception and service from staff especially by Hylina. New room was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was appreciated by the family. Location near White House, museum and restaurants is great.

I was in town for a convention, and this hotel was much less expensive than the convention hotel and not too far away, so I gave it a shot. The room was clean and decent sized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was pretty central, too. Other reviewers noted that it could get noisy due to the...

We stayed on the 8th floor (highest floor), which we heard to request due to the busy streets. We all slept well and comfortably every night. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. It was a great location to see the sights. We ate breakfast and dinner some at Nage (the restaurant at the hotel). The food was delicious.I...

Room was large, we had 2 adults and 2 kids (4yo/6yo) and had room to swing a cat. Pool area was small however heated so was ok. Staff were friendly, restaurant was not really a family environment so we didn't go there, it was more fine dining/ quiet. This place is about 5-10 minute walk to White house and main...

Positives: 10 min walk to the White House. Negatives: very busy main road behind hotel that doesn't stop. Only an indoor pool and its stinking hot. Not exactly what u want in the middle of summer. No fridge or microwave - we did ask for one and got it right away. Old safe in room that u needed to carry...
