The area around Wardman Park is beautiful. Plenty of outdoor space and areas to run/walk and see a residential side of DC. Close enough to the city or Bethesda and yet feels like you are away from the city. Rumor is this will turn into condos soon, so visit while you can! Meeting space was fabulous and staff attentive with...

If you are traveling to Washington D.C., and you are looking for a luxury hotel with a lot of amenities, which is conveniently located to the Metro (subway), look no further than the Wardman Park Marriott. Located around the corner from both the National Zoo, and a Metro Stop on the Red Line (Woodley Park-Zoo), we stayed at this beautiful...

Stayed here for the annual national Alzheimer's forum. Hotel was very well equipped to handle over 1,300 advocates and negotiate all of our busses to Capitol Hill. Staff was friendly and helpful and clearly expert in handling multiple conferences at once. Great location across from the Metro (on the Red line which connects with Union station, so ideal for Acela...

I have visited this hotel on multiple occasions to attend conferences. Each time I hope for improvements, but so far I see only a few. Make no mistake this is a convention hotel and it is vast, It is convenient to the Woodley Park Metro station and to central DC, The registration staff were very friendly and helpful, - but...

The hotel itself was good, spacious, clean and big enough for comfortable conferencing. However staying there was a different story. It was loud...downstairs upstairs, I would have asked to move rooms but it wouldn't have mattered. There is a lovely sign as you go into the halls that asked you to be quiet so weary travelers can rest. Apparently no...

Not much to complain about, but equally, no "wow" experiences. I was in one of the towers, on the lowest level; room looked out on a back alley, which felt a little odd. One standout was the staff, front desk was very friendly. Housekeeping staff was also very cordial and hardworking. All in all, I'd return for business.

This is a mega-hotel that has sufficient room inventory for large conferences and is staffed professionally enough to ensure a well-run meeting. That has to be the only reason one would stay here. Disclosure: I was accompanying my spouse at a recent conference. The rooms are sterile. The HVAC system is noisy and tends to recycle at full force in...

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel, Tower 2 I believe. The room was nice, the location was not great, have never stayed in a room just off a street. The Human Rights Campaign (LGBTQ group) had a conference just starting as we were leaving the hotel. No problem with the group, but the hotel changed the restrooms...

Vacationed in DC with another family. Couldn't get rooms near each other which was ok. However, the difference in rooms was great. While our room in Center was very nice, our friends room in Tower was much less than good. In basement of hotel and disappointing. Rates were the same. If booking a room there, make sure you ask for...
