The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Hair on the shower walls, makeup on the sink, and it smelled. Front staff was helpful. The hotel was quiet at night but perhaps because there were limited guests staying. No staff to help with bags upon arrival or departure.

My wife and I enjoyed a one-night stay here recently and were very pleased with our choice. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained; staff are outgoing and friendly (but not in a fake/phony way); the room was perfect for our needs; and the rate was reasonable. Hard to ask for more. We had a great weekend in DC and will be back at the Darcy!

Not sure what the raves are about. Maybe we caught them on a bad day? Food was fine. Service was hit or miss. We asked for ice, none arrived. We called three times for a room service menu before we actually got one. While the bedroom was spacious with a nice view, the bathroom was absurdly small, even for a big city hotel room. Won't be returning.

Stayed here for 3 days while on business. The Location is good. Hotel and staff was perfect. Everyone was friendly and pleasant even at 6 am. The restaurant is very convient and have excellent multi cultural options that were amazing. Five star all the way. Will be back!

As title indicates, good price. check in was swift and easy. told desk i needed a quiet room because i was there for business and needed to get up early. and was given an excellent quiet room. very clean and new bathroom fixtures, etc.

The Darcy was amazing from head to toe my only complaint is $60 for hotel parking per night. That’s extremely expensive. Other than that my experience was great and quick. Service was outstanding from front to back staff

Great hotel, swanky and comfortable. However, the resort fee and the restaurant service killed the whole stay. Left a terrible taste in your mouth. Especially, when you were told at check in that the room was pre-paid and there was only a courtesy hold for incidentals. Then after your stay the card is charged the 30$'s not cool. It's 30$'s but I would have stayed elsewhere to keep within my budget. Soured the whole stay for me.

Overall great experience. Location is great, and the staff at lobby were very welcoming. About 10 minutes walk to main bus station. Free bike was also very helpful (good quality). Would defintely come back here if were to visit DC again.
