I had some reservations due to the price for the location, but found it charming. It is an old building and a bit shabby, but we found everything very clean. Breakfast was basic and limited options for my mother-in-law who has diabetes, but otherwise fine. The front door is a bit tricky to open, takes two hands, so keep that...

I really enjoyed my stay! The Inn is quiet and very sweet with historic flare. Lovely entrance and sitting area, large dining room, kitchen with microwave and sink. I stayed in the Garden Loft. It was cozy with a love seat and mini fridge downstairs and then a nook bedroom and bath up the spiral staircase. I would recommend that...

My fiancé and I stayed here because we love B&B's and the personal attention you get when visiting. We were very disappointed in the service we received. If you love a continental breakfast, save your money and go to Howard Johnson's. The caliper of this B&B can be likened to a stay at any chain motel, with the exception of...

I agree with the last two negative reviews and had my own pictures of the same mess. Everything is from Costco and they ran out of coffee one morning. My text to Ransom was no help (this is the only means of communication with the person who I booked with on line). The only people on site are the two...

Can't fault the location..very convenient to Metro andf to a number of bars, cafes and restaurants and the rooms are spacious but that's where the postives end. The place is overwhelmed with clutter and untidy mess. See rediculous piles of garbage right next to the dining area!! There were missing smoke alarms inside and outside our room!!..very worrying. And a...

This is an attractive hotel. Very chic and modern styling. The staff were extra friendly and hospitable. The in hotel restaurant seemed vibrant and up beat given the number of patrons present. The room was cozy and reflected the modern theme throughout the rest of the establishment. The bed was super comfortable with loads of pillows. The bathroom setup was...

We were here 3 years ago and this place was everything it advertised: hot breakfast and smiling face every morning, fresh baked breads, dessert in the evening. Now, 2016? Sad. The breakfast spread is cold cereal, instant oatmeal and make your own stinkin' coffee. My fellow guests and I thought it very strange that we were charged in full before...

Enjoyed my stay at The Inn at Dupont South. It is very conveniently located, half a block from the Dupont Circle Metro Stop. The neighborhood has a great variety of restaurants. The price was very reasonable for DC. Instant oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea were available at any time. The cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. The only...

Excellent location! - 1 min from the metro red line Very good fare compared to average accommodation prices in DC. Light breakfast included, cozy atmosphere, acceptable cleanness and friendly room service.

Lovely older property in a perfect location across the street from the Dupont Circle Metro Station. The perfect spot for exploring the neighborhood and the Washington area. Would definitely come back.
