I was travelling through Cuba together with my girlfriend, and this is the only Casa Particular that I would not recommend. The problem lies not so much in the facilities, which are fine. The owners were a bit too happy to receive us as guests, trying to convince us to go on day trips with the owner in his car,...

We stayed 3 nights at this casa. Good location, 2 blocks from downtown. At arrival we felt a bit unwelcome (no tour of the house/terrace, 2 mins of talk).. But next days the Casa lady Olga was really nice! We had the Front room at the 1st floor, which gives you easy access and no need to disturb owners. Room...

Fabulous casa in Trinidad. We had a lovely room up a spiral staircase and a wonderful dinner one of the two nights we stayed there. And thank you for the rum you shared with us! Great location close to the centre of Trinidad

Our hosts Gia and Olga made our trip to Trinidad a memorable experience. Comfortable accommodation. If Pink is your color you'll be v happy. Make sure you eat in. Good value and excellent food. Organised Bikes, a Trail ride to forest and transport to Havana at fair price. Good central location. Recommend highly.

Good food and a good location in Trinidad - it was walking distance to the museums, plazas and restaurants - far enough away to be quiet but it was still easy to get to these sights. Very nice people: our hostess, Olga, is a lovely lady with a good sense of humour; Mama is a good cook and Rodolfo took...

We arrived in Trinidad from Varadero. Our host there, Belisia, arranged for us to be picked up at the bus station by our hosts. They not only have the hostel but also a small Lada that is a cab. They have two rooms and we stayed in the one on the street side. It is very nice, quiet and has...

After spending 8 nights at other lovely casas, we were a bit disappointed at Lozano’s. Maybe it is not completely fair since the hostel definitely was OK, but we had much better experience. Olga was a lovely host and Rodolfo was very willing to drive us around in his little yellow Fiat “taxi”. The rooms were fine, but in order...

I spent 3 amazing nights at the case of the Lozano's. I absolutely agree with all other positive revieuws; this family warms your heart and makes you feel at home. Tasteful breakfasts and dinners, Clean rooms and alwats a good spirit. Their USP's (as there are a lot of casas in Trinidad) - Eye for details; it was my birthday...

Prior to the trip, Olga responded to several emails (as promptly as someone can who must go to an email store and stand in line), assuring me in answering my questions. Once we arrived (we were a family of five) we were all given small gifts since we were in the Christmas season. This nice, thoughtful, touch set the tone...

“The room "inside" the casa is much better located and especially if you are using both rooms you should be aware that they are not directly connected.”

“The upstairs space where we stayed was a suite, but there was basically no hallway so all family members are in a dormitory like setting with the bathroom separating the two rooms.”

“2nd floor is where the room is located and the windows just have shutters on them so it can be noisy in the early AM, yet the room still be super dark. I'd bring ear plugs and an eye mask. And we received a welcome gift - realized it would have been so nice to bring something very American - since they get no American products - like a box of Kraft mac and cheese, or condensed milk (since milk is a HUGE premium). When you meet a really nice family like this, you want to give them something just for being so down to earth, friendly, and helpful - think of something you love and share it.”
