Went to Waiheke for a 2 day relaxing break between busy work schedules. The Lodge arranged everything for us prior to our arrival – uplift from the ferry, wine tour, and restaurant bookings and return to the ferry after our stay. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and lodges before but this fits somewhere in-between – best description would...

My wife and I stayed at Breakfast on the beach for our third anniversary this year as a special treat on a visit home from London. The owner, Keith, drove our wedding car when we got married and was kind enough to take us to dinner in it the night we stayed. From the moment we walked in the front...

Many apologies for the delay in posting this review (our stay was in Jan. 2010, but trip advisor didn't allow for me to select a date so far past), but with over a year behind us, we still think so fondly of our stay at Breakfast on the Beach. This stop was our first of many on a 2-week honeymoon,...

After two weeks traveling around the South and North Island, we chose to end our time in New Zealand with three days at Keith and Marilyn's fantastic Breakfast on the Beach. From being picked up at the Ferry station upon our arrival, to the bikes we were given to see the island for the day (followed by a relaxing dip...

A wonderful place to stay. Fantastic hospitality, wonderful breakfasts with a gorgeous view. Come here for a weekend and you feel like you've been away for a week. Enjoy the complimentary kayaks out in the bay and end the day in the hot tub! The hosts are fabulous and make you feel part of a family.

Although it rained the whole weekend we had the most marvellous time at Breakfast on the Beach. We could not fault the rooms which were large and beautifully equipped. What made the weekend so special however was the fantastic service that was provided at all times by our hosts Keith and Marilyn. Will defintely come again
