This is expensive for the standard, but all accommodation is in Picton. It is well located in the town centre , staff are helpful and included (very basic) breakfast is welcome. The decor is very dated but rooms are clean. We were housed in the "chalet" in the back garden which really needs some cosmetic upgrading, and wifi didn't reach...

All rooms are up a flight of stairs. Nice small place (12 rooms). Quiet, helpful staff. Breakfast = cold cereal, canned fruit, yogurt & coffee. Very large tv room/lounge for all guests to use. Not quite enough parking off site but plenty on street next to the building.

Excellent location. Clean and cosy spot. Dining area is nice. Cold breakfast included. Handy to stay here before or after a ferry trip. Good value for the price. Wifi signal is excellent. Decent restaurants within walking distance.

A great central location in Picton, one street back from the water. Stayed in the chalet and found it clean, comfortable, private and excellent value for money. Simple continental breakfast included, help yourself when you're ready. Deliss is a wonderful host.

There were a number of people staying that were catching the ferry and had to check in by 7.30am. We were disappointed that as a B&B that has a number of...

We needed a hotel for one night while on our way over to Lochmara Lodge and chose this hotel for the minimal price. I could not recommend this hotel for more than 1 night unless you are on a tight budget. The room wasn't very comfortable, the furnishings were old and tired, and the 'frig was incredibly noisy. The location...

Stayed here after getting of ferry from Wellington. As the office is closed at 9pm we got our friends to pick the key up. Had a nice meal in town and arrived about 10:30. Cosy. Continental breakfast. Quiet. Tv. Tea and coffee in room.

Lovely place to stay, close to the town centre, simple and little vintage around the edges but it actually adds charm to the place. Great value for money! Owner was absolutely lovely and very welcoming and more than helpful to any traveller

I stayed here on a recent road trip to the South Island. I got off the ferry and went to get something to eat before the restaurants closed as everthing closes at 9pm in Picton. Little did I know, the motel offices close at 9pm also. I went to the hotel after hours and it was closed. What am I...
