I have recently returned to New Zealand after a long absence and on my way up to Wellington I stopped for a few days at my favorite B&B in Picton. I have visited on numerous occasions and it never fails to impress. The rooms are still luxurious without pretension The staff are lovely as ever and accommodated all my requests...

My wife and I recently stayed at the unique boutique - Escape to Picton and enjoyed a wonderful time. Our delux suite was sophisticated, spacious and complete with a super king deliciously comfortable bed. It was the extra touches that had a point of difference too like berries and fudge on the bedside tables, and a beautiful big bath centred...

This boutique hotel is sensational and world class! It truly offers the weary traveller everything and does it with style and panache. From the moment you are greeted by the owners and friendly staff you are in a state of blissful relaxation. Such a wonderful contrast to the sterile match box hotel units overlooking a busy car park - the...

It is a bit pricy, twice the normal B&Bs in town, but you also get more for the bucks. Whether it is worth it depends on you. We felt very well taken care off. Lovely bath tub, nicely decorated room. Absolutly clean. Got an icebucket for our Champagne before we got around to ask for it. Breakfast was great. Also...

Having stayed in dozens of hotels around the US, NZ and Australia, I can honestly say this is one of the best. The service, attention to detail, food and decor is excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

11 of our family and friends had a wonderful evening at Escape to Picton celebrating my daughter's birthday. The food was amazing and we all got food envy when we saw each others dishes. I was impressed that our meals were served all within seconds of each other especially considering the amount of people at our table and how busy...

My wife and I recently stayed at escape to picton and it was by far the best dining experience and hotel combination for our entire trip to New Zealand. The restaurant is outstanding, and the owner goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable during your stay. Places like this are a rarity and finding one...

Wonderful meal. Staff great. Absolutely guest focused by both staff and owner. Had a wonderful meal and shown the rooms. Would highly recommend staying here rather than going through to Blenheim. We will definitely do this next time.
